Ballpark Apartments @ Town Madison

5 stars. I’ve lived at Ballpark for about a year and just renewed my lease for another.

Pros:
1) the location is excellent. It’s within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and the Trash Panda stadium. It’s close for easy access to the highway as well

2)The pool area is great, it’s one of the nicest I’ve seen in the Huntsville/Madison area. They have brand new grills, nice outdoor tv area for watching the game and a fire pit

3) The office and maintenance staff are very helpful and friendly. Special shoutout to Penny and Kalin who helped make my job relocation less stressful.

Overall, I can say my experience has been positive and I’m very happy living here.

I recently relocated from Korea and found my current apartment through the help of Penny and Kalin. The onboarding process was incredibly smooth, making my transition to new home way much easier. Both Penny and Kalin were extremely kind and supportive, addressing all my concerns promptly and professionally.

The apartment itself is fantastic. It’s well-maintained, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The neighborhood is safe and conveniently located, with easy access to public transportation, shops, and restaurants. The management team is responsive and always ready to assist with any issues or questions I have.

I truly appreciate the effort and dedication from the staff in making me feel welcome and comfortable in my new home. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a hassle-free living experience with excellent support from the management team.

Absolutely great place to live and due to recent reviews I feel obligated to write this hello Missy, but this place is awesome if we wana break it down we can do that.

Price/ is one of the best for the area especially for the quality of the apartment and amenities you can get cheaper apartment sure but they aren't as nice and you can get more expensive apartments that rival ballpark either way you lose.

Quality/ the apartments themselves are spacious clean and easy to maintain great soundproofing and the balconies are very nice.

Customer service/ the office staff are always very kind and professional if i had a problem it was always very quickly solved to a very high standard especially penny who for the most part is always busy doing something but still is able to drop everything she was doing and help anyone who walks in even if the problem isn't something she herself has any control over.

Maintenance/ maintenence is also amazing even though they are an abismally small there response time is still only 3 days at most and that was with my minor work order on a Monday were over the weekend several ACs broke from the heat. And on top of that even if they are running around they always say hello when they see you.

Community/ community events hosted by the apartment don't happen all the time but are always very nice when they are frequently there are special treats in the community room and even if there isn't an official event it is hard go 2 days without a big gathering at the pool with lots of happy people eating, playing, and just enjoying life.

All in all ballpark is a fantastic place and I am always grateful that when we went to check out Palmer place I said hey there not on the apartment site but let's check out ballpark while we are here and seeing as i just renewed my lease again i look forward to staying here with my family for at least another year.

One of the best places I've lived. The management is the best. The apartments are clean and nice. The pool is awesome. The people are friendly.

Ball Park has been an awesome place to live for Two years. The staff is awesome and always attentive to there residents.

Lovely move in experience. They made our move from Texas a very welcoming transition. Such a beautiful community, Kalin and the rest of the team were excellent with communicating throughout the process. I'm confident that we made the best decision by choosing Ballpark!

Great apartment and a perfect place to live in Madison. Very close to everything in the city. The residences, facilities, and grounds are all well maintained. The office staff is friendly, helpful, and the maintenance team is always available immediately. If you are looking for a place to call home that offers great value, great staff, in a great location, you should give this place a call and take a tour.

I absolutely love these apartments! Kalin was the agent that gave me tour. There were no bad vibes from start to finish with her! Very nice, professional, and genuine! Between how beautiful this place was and the warm welcome I got from the agents, I will definitely be moving here!

We love living at Ballpark. The apartment is well layed out and has so much space. The amenities are high end. The staff is always friendly and says hello. Any maintenance issues I have are all taken care of quickly. I would definitely recommend living here to anyone. Penny is always thinking of the residents.

Liz worked with me from my first tour to my move out and she has been so awesome throughout my time living here! Prompt responses, answered any questions, and always friendly when I ran into her at the complex! She’s an awesome representation of the company and I’m glad she stayed throughout the other management changes. (Everyone else I worked with here too was great as well (special shout out to the maintenance team!!!) but I wanted to give Liz her kudos deserved)

By far the best place to live in Madison! All of the Staff really treat you like family! From my tour with Jenn to my first day moving in in November, I’ve enjoyed every moment of living here. The resident events are always fun and creative. I look forward to EVERY resident event!!!

I came in to tour and had to move in very quickly. I toured with Kaylee and she really helped me find the perfect apartment for me. Since moving in I have loved my apartment, and the manager Donna has been very helpful. Maintenance is very fast and efficient! The staff is always seen cleaning the property and it shows! If you are thinking about moving to The Station don’t think just do it! There is no better place to live in the area than The Station.

I’ve lived here for almost 7 months now. I LOVE it here. When I was moving to Madison my top priority was safety. I have never felt unsafe here. Management stays on top of everything. Maintenance is quick and friendly. The grounds are immaculate! Management made moving in so simple and stress free. I would recommend The Station to anyone looking for a nice, modern, and safe place to live especially if you are new to the Huntsville/Madison area.

I wanted to take the time Today to say how happy I have been with my stay here at Ballpark Apartments. I have been here almost two years and have been very satisfied with both the quality of the fixtures, the apartment layout and all the other amenities such as pool and gym. We been looking for our new home over the past few months and had the pleasure for touring this complex with Ms.Kalin. She showed us how close it is different restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and more. After our tour we have definitely added Ballpark apartments to our list of a potential new home.

We have been living at The Station at Town Madison for over 6 months and really like our spacious 2 bedroom apartment. The staff here is super friendly and caring. Such a peaceful luxurious safe gated community to make as your home. Surroundings are beautifully landscaped and kept immaculately clean. Wonderful amenities of outdoor pool, grills, secured mailroom, community room, fitness room, on-site maintenance, garbage valet service and dog park. The Station at Town Madison has a variety of apartment layouts to choose from and TRULY is a relaxing place to live!!
