The Station at Clift Farm

I love it here! The apartments are gorgeous with a contemporary layout and wonderful amenities …plus convenient to everything! Walking distance from stores and restaurants and plenty of new things coming up all around! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Always eager to help…I’d recommend to anyone !

I am so thankful to call The Station home!
When I moved in I fresh college graduate and moving out of my parents home. The staff made the process so easy! Anytime I have a question they are quick to help and make sure I’m taken care of.
The maintenance guys are awesome! I put in a request at 8am and they were knocking on my door by 10! They are super friendly too even introduced them selves to my dog so she would be calm! Now every time we see them around the complex she wants to go say hi to them.
There are lots of dog owners too and all of them are responsible dog owners, dogs are always on a leash so we’ve never had any problems.
I ALWAYS feel safe here. The parking lot and hallways are well lit. There are gates and controlled access as well.
All the residents are friendly and there no excessive noise issues. It is a perfect location too! Everything you need is within a 10 minute drive. It is quiet and peacefully here too.
The amenities are awesome, the gym is is never crowded and has tons of machines, the pool is fabulous, the garbage pick up service is AMAZING, and the common areas are decorated so well and they are so inviting.
I could not be happier!

Working at the Station at Clift Farm is a dream come true! The staff here is amazing, and our property manager, Ashleigh, is a true rockstar. Her leadership has brought exciting changes to the property that residents adore. It's a joy to be a part of this vibrant community, and I can't wait to see what's next!

The thing I appreciate most about The Station is their staff. The grounds are always well-kept and our neighbors are respectful and friendly. I appreciate the many amenities for the price-point as well.

These apartments are nice but Kaylee you have such a beautiful soul and spirit and Me and my family appreciate you so much. I thank the staff for being supportive, but it should be a Kaylee at all apartment buildings in Huntsville and Madison.

Just to add another review, even with the apartment changing over to new management, the new office ladies are wry sweet and helpful and the apartments in themselves are beautiful apartments to live in.

I have been living at the station since last May of 2022. It’s been an amazing experience. When I first moved in Will was super informative and helped so much. He went above and beyond to make me comfortable with the entire experience. Great facility, office management, and everything is super nice. I’m happy to call this home.

Calling to make an appointment with Katie was very easy. When we toured the apartment, she was professional, knowledgeable, and patient while answering all of my questions. It’s a very nice community and one we are really considering making our new home!

My children and I went today for a tour of the property. Our tour was done by Katie and she was an absolute pleasure to meet. So friendly and such an inviting and bubbly personality. I immediately came home and applied just because of her. I hope this company takes good care of her because it's rare to find property managers who treat people the way she does. The property is beautiful. Very well kept and the grounds are really clean. The price for rent is the best I have seen in the area.

Morgan toured me on a 2 and 3 bedroom. She had a great personality and was able to answer all my questions. She made sure I knew everything I needed too and helped me find the best apartment. I recommend station at Clift farms for anyone looking for an apartment!

This is a wonderful location! Morgan Biletski toured me in a 2 bedroom unit on 12/2/2023. I was very impressed by the decor and the layout of the apartments. I will definitely tell others about this location in close proximity to several eateries nearby. Morgan was very hospitable and professional.

I have a friend that lives here, so I’ve been to visit a few times. The place is incredible, spacious. The grounds and apartments are kept immaculate thanks to their maintenance crew. Specifically, I had an encounter with Blain Legg who works in their department. He helped me get my DoorDash order inside. Friendly attitude, willing to help. Would absolutely live here.

Morgan Biletski at the apartment offices provides exceptional service, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and efficiency. Residents appreciate her attention to detail and prompt resolution of issues, making her an invaluable asset to the team.

Has to be one of the fastest growing areas. It's supported by medical facilities, diverse restaurants, fitness and scenery!

The management and leasing staff here are friendly, supportive, and attentive to your needs as a resident. The maintenance staff do a great job in keeping the facilities clean and tending to your requests in a timely manner. We have loved living here and have truly been treated well. The apartments and pool are beautiful, and you can't beat the location!

The complex, amenities, and staff have made The Station at Clift Farm a wonderful place to call home. Kylie was very sweet, helpful, and responsive throughout my initial leasing process and Will has been absolutely amazing each time I’ve had a question/request. The units are beautiful, modern, and in a prime location. However, considering the various apartment community options in the area, it’s the quality customer service/ resident relations that impact my overall value and comfort level with calling The Station home.

Moved in during November of 2023. Kate was very helpful with all my questions and letting repeatedly view the model for the apartment I was interested in renting, I am happy with my decision and plan on staying for quite a while.

I’ve lived in several apartments throughout my days… The station at Cliff Farms was definitely my favorite. Clean and always maintained well. Anytime I ever had a problem Brian was always there to take care of it.

If you're looking for a home I highly recommend! The entire staff are helpful and so nice. It's truly just who they are too. The apartment was so clean when moving in. Elevator in each building so that's a major plus! The apartments are so so spacious and love the fact they include fur babies in so much. The pet spa is awesome. They have a clean gym, even a package room with security. I wish it were condos and not apartments so I could stay forever!!!

Kylie is really a superstar. I am in the leasing industry myself, and I have never met a better agent. She listened to my preferences and ideal price range, and gave me everything I wanted and more. The quality of the build, location, price, and overall customer service is such a great deal based on our market right now. I love it here!
