Renee was SUPER HELPFUL to me throughout me moving here. She was very informative and walked me through every step of the process. It has been very quiet and safe. No bugs, No people standing around outside. It's pretty to walk at night. It has all the amenities that I could ever need. I'll be here for a while. Very Happy, indeed! 😇🏘

I was out looking for a place so I can move out from my daughter iam just riding and pull in. MS Renee was so nice that she took me to see 3 Apt I loved them all. Even though I didn't Rent one yet but I am going to try. She made me feel at home she's such a wonderful person to talk too. I am looking forward to getting me a 2 bedroom very soon. Best management we've ever had! Great communication, very clean and safe, never had any major issues. If we had issues, they were very quick about remedying them. Highly recommend!

BEST COMPLEX love to call it home !! Christa was very patient and efficient during my approval process , she truly went over and beyond :) the moving process was very easy thanks to the ladies in the front office I couldn’t be more happier . Been here a little over 2 weeks and I love it here . Maintenance was very nice and quick to fix anything I needed upon moving in . Very peaceful complex , amazing staff !!

I loved living here! If I hadn’t of moved out of state I would have renewed my lease and stayed here for much longer. The apartments are simple but have everything you need. The walls aren’t paper thin like some of the newer complexes. The management is always there if you need anything but they also respect privacy. Move in and move out process we’re easy. The laundry room was small but rarely too busy. Maintenance was amazing and would always get to my place the day of or next day after putting in work order. Great complex for pets as well!! As a young female I felt very safe here. Never had bug or rodent issues and I am sure if I did that maintenance would have fixed it quickly.

Our family of four were residents for 6 years. Our place was not just an apartment, it was a home. We surely felt like royalty with amenities like the sauna, hot tub, and saltwater pool. The apartments were older but in good condition. We will take older and in good condition when that includes useful amenities and friendly and responsive staff any day! We finally needed a 3 bedroom and had to move :-(

While searching for an apartment to rent, I visited this well maintained property. I can’t begin to express how professional, friendly and very dedicated (Amy the manager) and (Christa the leasing agent) were. Although, I did not rent at this property (needed more space for all my stuff). I would totally recommend renting one of the apartments. Thanks again Amy and Christa for making my visit welcoming. 😃

Love this place. Very friendly people and staff members. Office ladies are super sweet and loving. Friendly neighborhood and neighbors. Everyone is super sweet around here and helping. Love how the office does community activities for the community and you can win prices. It’s an amazing place to live. I love it here ❤

There's never been a moment where i've been disapointed with the staff, the maintenance crew is reliable, the people who run the community are are very nice. I couldn't think of a better place to call my home. Windscape is much more than just an apartment community, it's a santuary. Although I had to leave, my time at windscape was never short of satisfying. Again, the staff are amazing, they always take care of you, it's like being part of a family.

My family and I have lived here going on three years now. It is the absolutele BEST apartment complex in Madison! The staff is SPECTACULAR and so helpful! The property is beautiful and well-kept. The residents are one of a kind and so sweet! This place is hidden away from everything and is so peaceful!!! Definitely recommend to anyone looking to move here!

Great and friendly people working there in the office especially Christa who helped me get approved and into a apartment there. I would def recommend Windscape apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live they have a great management team and staff there.

I chose this place because of the amount of 5-star reviews, and now after two years of renting here I'm leaving 5 stars of my own! Staff is kind, maintenance is quick and they call to confirm you are satisfied, community is quiet, and I love the pool, sauna, and hot-tub! Pool is open year round so crazy people like me can do ice baths :)

As soon as I walked into the leasing office at Windscape, I felt relaxed and knew that I wanted to live there. Every staff member has always been friendly, kind, and very helpful. Any problems that I had, were quickly taken care of. The maintenance team was always respectful and responsive, even going out of their way to help at times. Even my neighbors were amazing, and quiet. I truly appreciated my three years in this wonderful environment!

I have lived here for 2 years. I moved to Madison for work and I can tell you, the folks at Windscape are THE BEST! They are all so friendly and helpful no matter what it was I needed. Maintenance was always taken care of very quickly and professionally by some of the friendliest guys in the business. The office staff are the best. Anytime I needed something, they were right on it. And my apartment itself was great. They had just remodeled it before I moved in and it looked great! I couldn't have asked for a better place to live. The price was the best around for what you got and for where it is. The grounds are always as clean as they can be and they are always out there picking up after the residents who don't. The dog park on the grounds is GREAT and convenient. Unfortunately I am having to leave because of a job change, but I would DEFINITELY recommend this place to ANYONE looking for a good place to live in Madison.

I move quite often and this apartment was by far my favorite! I had to choose site unseen but the many glowing reviews led me to pick this complex. The application process was smooth, the move-in was great, the staff were always extremely helpful and great to talk to. They went above and beyond on maintenance requests, utility concerns, etc. My neighbors were welcoming and the area was nice. The apartment was clean and well kept. I had no problems and stayed there a year before moving again. I highly recommend Windscape!

I'm only writing this review to give Ty the maintenance man a stellar review.

Christmas eve one of my pipes burst and was slowly flooding my apartment. This happened despite me running every single faucet and keeping my heat on.

Ty showed up and saved all of my personal belongings from water damage. He communicated the issues to me clearly, and helped me immensely.

Ty was the only on call maintenance tech for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and the federally observed holiday on monday. He had several other apartments worse off than mine too.

I'm impressed that he was left to handle every single emergency by himself. And that was including calling each resident to update them when he would be there. This was because they outsourced all calls to the office to a 3rd party company for those 3 days.

Ty went above and beyond what was expected of him. He should be recognized by upper management for his stellar performance.

So I just moved in recently. I had an electrical problem while plugging in my dryer (my fault) and was out of power. Stormy night, raining steadily and after hours. I put in an emergency call but figured due to circumstances I would be out of power for most of the night, if not all of it. I was wrong. Maintenance (Toby) knocked at my door within 15 minutes and had everything fixed. Super great staff. Super nice guy. Still can't believe how fast this was resolved. Really like it here.

I've lived at Windscape for 3 years, and I've never found a better apartment complex. The management staff are excellent, always very professional, courteous and helpful. The maintenance staff are excellent - they have many years of experience with everything about the apartments. If anything needs repair, they are on it immediately. The grounds are well kept and clean. Windscape has occasional socials around the pool, with live music, food and drink, which are always fun. Absolutely the best kept secret for apartments in Huntsville/Madison!

not the type to post reviews but I’ve lived here for a year, and my experience has been solid. my apt search last year was based on reviews first, and although they may not be the “best” looking they are the best in terms of how they treat u and how they take care of business. very well run, and surprisingly nice property and good people.
