Hawthorne at the Ridge

I have lived here for long enough now to say I love it! The maintenance staff is quick to respond to anything you need and the grounds are always nice and tidy. My dog loves having 2 dog parks to choose from and loves getting to be off leash some too!

I have been living at Hawthorne at the Ridge for over a year now, and I am absolutely thrilled with my experience! The spacious apartments are beautifully designed, and the modern amenities make daily life so convenient and enjoyable. The management team is incredibly responsive and always goes the extra mile to ensure residents are happy.

The community here is friendly, and I love the sense of neighborhood that comes with living at Hawthorne at the Ridge. Plus, the location is perfect—close to great shopping, dining, and easy access to major roads. If you're looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to call home, I highly recommend Hawthorne at the Ridge!

Love this place. I really love the wood line and how peaceful everything is. The staff is great and always available to help. Even when I had some ongoing issues with my refrigerator, they got it replaced the next day and followed up. If you’re looking for a place, I can recommend here.

Omgosh! Shikeria is absolutely the best. She was so friendly and helpful. I wish the Spartans were in my range, because I’ll definitely move there because of her, y’all go check her out at Hawthorne!

Great place, slightly hidden within the trees, making it feel more quiet and embedded in the woods. The place has been around a little bit longer but maintenance does a great job in keeping the place running smoothly and looking great. It is a pleasure talking with staff as they are more relaxed and have always been very attentive to any issues, and make the whole process from moving in to everyday things genuinely easy and enjoyable. Multiple amenities and events through the year, as well as well maintained areas and excellent staff on top of it all make this place a great comfortable welcoming community.

My family and I have been here since January and I can't tell you what a blessing it has been since our last rental. By far the best experience! Love the community gathering and kudos to going above and beyond with protocols during corona-virus. Never thought we would be able to find a safe and amazing facilities in the Madison area for a great price for our family. Thank you all for what your doing for the community up here!

We LOVE Hawthorne! (Especially Don) He loves having his own porch to lounge at his leisure. Office staff is friendly and willing to help by taking immediate steps to help with your issues. Maintenance is quick to fix problems, all while doing a quality job. We feel very safe on the property, even at night, as it is well lit. People are respectful and friendly and the space is wonderful. Definitely love our porch and storage shed. Come “Live It” with us!!

OMG! I literally HAVE to leave a review because this was one of my best experiences when trying to rent an apartment.
When I was starting to feel defeated in this process Stephanie Cash, one of the leasing managers, went above and beyond to help me get into the unit I wanted for me and my babies and I am so grateful!
The apartment itself is beautiful, it’s spacious and just what we needed. I love how quiet and well kept the entire complex is! 10/10 Highly recommended!!

When I tell you I came to Hawthorn at the Ridge JUST TO LOOK really cause I booked an appointment to look at an apartment. I got to meet the WONDERFUL Stephanie and I told her I’ve never had an apartment before and I don’t know what to do she literally walked me through every step! She’s the sweetest person ever! She showed me apartment and all the amenities with the community! I fell in love instantly! Went back to the office and applied right then! I’m just waiting to see if I get approved now! Fingers crossed & prayers up!

I want to give a shout-out to Stephanie. Stephanie helped me and my significant other through our whole process. She was nothing but kind and courteous, and she helped make a house a home. Her professional behavior and great attitude ultimately lead me and my significant other to move into the community. She constantly updated us on our new home and even gave us the opportunity to switch apartments due to the condition of the original one, instead of just throwing us into the first home. I am so appreciative of her commitment to making our experience one of a kind.

There is so MANY amazing things I could say about Hawthorne at the Ridge from their team to all their amenities they offer. It truly is a family-orientated environment. Stephanie Cash and Amber Pinkey have been so much help to me, they are always a call away and go above and beyond in all their help. The maintenance team is the BEST!! They are always ready to fix whatever I need and make sure that it is fixed the right way. They truly go out of their way to help. For example, my little puppy had spilt her water bowl while I was at work one day and I was looking on my camera to check on her and seen that the maintenance team had went out of their way to fill up her water bowl for her while also fixing everything I needed. Hawthorne at the Ridge is truly the best. They have made this experience unforgettable!

I have never been to a place that is run so well. The place is beautiful and I’m so glad I found you. Best of all it’s affordable and safe.

Oh man! We haven't even moved in yet and the great things I can say about this place! We have been searching for a good place to live with our 3 kids. Somewhere safe and clean and when I tell you we looked at 10+ apartments, I'm being serious!! This is the only apartment that actually gave a great tour, was very kind and treated us like we already lived there. Office staff (specially Liz) are always super friendly and answered our questions with ease. The complex looks gorgeous and very clean and quiet and just had everything we are looking for! We are moving in by the end of this month and we are super excited to be a part of the community. Thank you Liz for helping us decide with no hesitation on where we wanted to live! Your amazing!

Also, great service technicians definitely know what they’re doing and how to get the job done.

The community and area seem to be safer than other places I’ve been to. Hopefully it stays that way. It’s kind of hard to find a good place without being overpriced. But this location is very affordable. I like the apartment I’m currently in. Even though there might be more bugs than I expected, being surrounded by nature feels nice. I like the fact that this apartment has a safe place for packages to be delivered. The gym is kind of small, but it’s good for a quick workout. The pool seems to always be clean. People pickup after their dog, which is great. Overall, I like this apartment complex. I hope to stay here for a while.

The customer service alone upon first meeting has me sold on this location. Plus the ladies put on events that are fun and interactive. I feel comfortable going to them with any issue, they are kind & patient. Highly recommended

I am living at this community for almost five years. I like the park like setting very much. I have dogs and love to walk with them around the property enjoying the trees and grass area. I appreciate the grill stations and the car wash opportunity. My grandson and I take advantage of the pool in the summer. I also appreciate the community event very much. It’s nice to meet up with neighbors at these events. The cyber cafe is a nice addition while living here.
The office staff and maintenance staff is always courteous, friendly, helpful and efficient. I really feel they care about me and any concerns I might have.
I like the dog park, my dogs love to play there.
