Best food I’ve had at kfc! Staff were super poised and respectful.

We purchased KFC for our family Christmas dinner past Saturday. I called ahead to let them know when we would be coming in with a large order. They were understaffed and let us know the dining area would probably be closed. When we arrived they were prepared with fresh chicken for our order.

After a disappointing meal at another KFC a few weeks ago we were skeptical about the quality. However, the chicken was as delicious.

Today I went to the Madison KFC I must say the service was great the food was fresh and hot thank you Madison KFC

Ordered from the app and was told my food would be ready in approx. 5 mins. Ordered the beyond chicken nuggets and fries. Food was ready when I arrived and it was very tasty and fresh.

Very clean in the cook area and lobby, food prepared fresh. Best KFC by far.

I never knew this kfc was over here. Tried it twice now, both times late at night. These guys are cooking fresh food and are super friendly, even near the end of their shift. As a former fast food guy I know that's not always easy

After ordering well in advance at Pizza Hut, only to drive on the opposite side of town to pick it up and find out they never put my order in...but said I could reorder and they'd put me at the end of the line for ordering...and wait an additional 90 minutes, I left and went to KFC.

The lady on the speaker was awesome. I had to wait about 7 minutes for my food, but it was all hot and fresh. Nothing was forgotten.

It was pouring down rain, so I pulled into a parking space so my toddler and I could eat. After sitting there about 15 minutes, the same lady came out to my car in the pouring rain, just to make sure she hadn't forgotten anything, and we were good.

Awesome food. Awesome service. Even better employees.

Just ordered 6 meals online. All different requests and different condiments. Not only did they get every single order right, they sent it with napkins, spoons and all the side sauces we requested. It came in a sealed bag and sealed lids for the drinks. Great job!

KFC is the chicken shop all others try to live up to. The highest quality ingredients make it the best. Original recipe is my favorite style chicken.
The Cole slaw, mashed potatoes, and other sides are excellent. The staff are friendly and it is always clean if you want to sit down and enjoy your food.

I really like the employees here. They do great on all the food, supply plenty of gravy (not all KFC locations are good about that) and they always seem to have a really good attitude. I know from personal experience working in a restaurant that it isn't easy to keep a smile on your face the whole time. Can't imagine it's any easier at a fast food restaurant. They're great!

This is one of the best KFC restaurants that I have been to in this area. The service was quick considering the drive thru lane and the food was perfect. I also must say that the friendliness of the staff was much appreciated. I will be back often!

Family ordered lunch. Everyone enjoyed the food. The pot pie is my daughter's favorite and she always has it.

The KFC is the best I have been to. The sides and biscuits were perfect. Of course the chicken was very good. Management had a wonderful working team. A plus was how clean it was.

Best KFC I've had. Even though it was 8:30 at night, the food was moist, fresh, and hot. The staff was very friendly. Excellent!

This chicken was just wonderful. Crispy, juicy, and it didn't have that weird fast food chicken taste for once. Staff was fabulous,and they really got a kick out of how country of an accent I have 😂🤦🏽‍♀

Personal my Experience was very Welcoming. Staff was professional and friendly.

One of the first places I look for on the road. Fast, great value, and not entirely unhealthy. This location no exception. Clean and well maintained lobby. No hesitation to recommend.

This is a good KFC. I live close by and they are friendly and nice. The food is good and I have never had a bad experience here. Try it.

Kayla was wonderful. She made us feel welcome. They did not have any more wings. So, she substituted legs for us.

Love the bowls!!!!! Good food and good price.
