Randy was knowledgeable, followed through and his team worked fast and did a great job!!I truly have such high standards--especially when it comes to my home. MR Stone Group surpassed them all. From beginning to end probably the best experience I have ever had with a contracting company. We had both countertops and back splashes installed from M R Stone (two separate trips). Kristal was our service rep and explained the process in step-by-step increments. She followed up, sent reminders and made sure that the process from beginning to end was smooth.

The guys who came out and measured literally measured six times and wrote down the numbers once. They came out once for the counter tops and again for the backsplash both times different gentleman and both times kind, courteous and extremely knowledgeable.

We received an e-mail from the CAD team showing where the seams were going to go and they even explained over the phone why where I was thinking of having the seam was a bad idea.

Then Alex and his team came out to install the countertops and back splash – his team was exceptional – he honestly cares more about your countertops than most home owners, he installed the countertops, glued them in, painted the seams so you couldn’t tell and explained everything about the stone, how to clean it, care for it and make sure it always stays sharp.

They were on time, professional, courteous and cared. I would hire them over and over.

TL:DR – Hire them. You won’t regret it.

The staff here are a pleasure to work with. They are professional, knowledgeable, and take pride in both their customer service and products. They were able to produce my countertops in a timely manner and they fit perfect in my kitchen with uneven walls. Even my tile backsplash installer said to tell them thanks for getting the countertops so well measured. You can't go wrong with MR Stone!

Excellent service from measuring for counter top to installation. Only took about a week. Lyndsey Murphy in the office was very pleasant and efficient. A big shout out to Scott Osbourn for going above and beyond in customer service. Highly recommend this company for any home improvements!!

From the start Rob, the manager, is fabulous. He stayed with me thru every step of the year long project ... thru hold ups, decisions, changes, etc. Even Chad came 3 times w/o complaining. When we finally got it all down to a final decision/choices ... installation was quick, smooth, easy & the workers were wonderful. They didn’t have much in stock but they sent me to a distributor by the Frederick airport where they stocked every granite possible, after granite selection it took less than a week to get amazing countertops installed

Our kitchen was beautifully upgraded by M & R Stone and the quality of the granite and craftsmanship was outstanding...All of our friends and relatives love the Giallo Veneziano granite upgrade....
