Stonemark Flooring

We worked with Conor at Stonemark on our custom home build. This was our first time building a home, and we had endless questions for Conor. He was super helpful and always responded promptly to our requests. Not to mention, we changed our mind on quite a few items, and Conor always got us a revised order quickly. We also wanted advice on the types of materials to use in various spaces, and the entire staff was knowledgeable and helped us make good choices.

We've been in our home for about 15 months now, and our floors look beautiful! We get the best reactions from our master bathroom tile, which was flawlessly installed. I have confidently recommended Stonemark to many friends and family for their flooring needs.

I had a great experience working with Stonemark Flooring to get new hardwood and tile in my home. The showroom staff I worked with was very nice, answered all my questions, and showed us lots of options. The final product after installation was gorgeous and we have not had any issues.

We had a backsplash installed in our kitchen recently. The tile came in timely and the job was scheduled quickly. The installer was quick, professional and friendly. We were home at the time of the install and everything ran very smoothly. Very pleased with the service and quality of material!

I have been using Stonemark for years for my flooring and tile needs. Jim is always willing to help and is very responsive, even shows up on the day of install to be sure things are running smoothly.

This review is for the Design Center only and I can update once we get everything installed by Stonemark.

It was a seamless process at the Design Center and Kely (who helped us) was fantastic. She was professional, courteous and was very helpful in explaining all the different options. Enjoyed the fact that the options weren't overwhelming and what they did offer in materials all seemed modern. We were happy with our choices and excited to see how they will turn out in our new home!

I have been trying to call this company for 4 days now and finally when I get through, it is to someone in accounting who transfers me to a phone that is not monitored apparently. I called back and asked the lady (who was very nice) to kindly transfer me to someone else as I had already left several messages. She put me on hold and claimed she asked if anyone else could help me, only to be told to just leave another voicemail. So after about 10 calls over 4 days, and no responses after 4 voicemails, I told her I would be taking my business elsewhere, to which she replied "that is fine, have a great day". I have to be honest; this is rather frustrating, but I guess when you are building for people like Ryan homes and other large vendors, you do not need our business as individuals.
