The food was delicious especially the chicken sandwich. It’s the best sandwich I’ve ever had at any fast food restaurant. I appreciated the wonderful customer service, the employees were so nice and patient

Great job done by the Urban Popeyes team. Enter the restaurant, it is a very clean and tidy place. The hot chicken and sole sandwich is very delicious and has a very pleasant temperature. The staff is very highly trained to work in these areas. They maintain a good organization in this location even in taking orders. I highly recommend this place, very accessible to share with the family. My lemonade and the ghost wings are my favorites and my ranch sauce. The truth is, they are very fast.

Dropped in at the tail-end of a 8 hour road trip around 8PM. Service was quick and friendly. The food came out stunning! The chicken was extremely fresh tasting, very juicy and crispy, and everything was accurately delivered. One of the BEST Popeye's experiences I've ever had.

Awesome food! The service was fast and I wanted to thank the workers that made my food. The popcorn shrimp was fried to a beautiful golden brown, the crisp of the breading was so awesome and same with the chicken! The chicken was moist and just the best! The worker who took my order was lovely too,very kind and worked diligently as well as the rest of the crew. Absolutely amazing service! 10/10 hope you all see this! Happy 4th of July!

Hello, I want to share a nice experience at Popeyes in Urbana, which has nice facilities with pleasant guests...for families...a place where the employees serve you with kindness and respect....my family and I order 7 non-spicy sandwiches and they were very delicious, very crispy and fresh......for this reason I then ordered 3 more to take away......I liked them so much...I really like how they served me and me family. ... quality I give them 100 out of 100 in all aspects it is perfect 💯

My order today was really good, I ordered chicken and the food was hot and crispy. Santos, was very kind and fast with the service and the strawberry lemonade was so fresh. I really like how they took my order today. I’m highly satisfied with the service and the food. I hope to come back soon!

The service at this Popeyes is excellent, they were 100% accommodating and attentive.

my favorite food I went as usual to buy fresh food and my favorite at all times they were kind to me I asked for specials and very special flights they have and they were kind to suggest them to me because of their kindness and because everything is very clean I frequent this store every day until Twice a day I will never get tired of saying it, the spicy chicken is my favorite, the chips, don't say, everything is very fresh, hot and without a doubt crispy, thanks to the store manager for so much kindness to the customers, he has an excellent person, everything, everything, I give them 100% 100

I’m not sure why everyone leaves negative reviews but this popeyes is amazing they always have my food fresh and ready in an instant and they have amazing cashiers that always make sure you get what you want and always help me save an extra cash. Overall though this popeyes is really good and recommend everyone coming here.
