The staff here were extremely friendly! I needed some glasses to be balanced to fit my face correctly. They corrected the glasses for me with no charge. The gentle man was so kind and happy to just help me. I would recommend this company to everyone. It’s hard to find business that genuinely just want to help you with nothing in return!

Excellent service! Had a broken nose piece on my glasses and stopped in to see if they could fix even though I wasn’t a current customer. Fixed at no charge in less than 3 minutes. Would have as my primary eye care provider if I was local. These guys are great!

Service was great all around. Michelle was excellent. She took her time helping me pick out the perfect pair of glasses for me. I ended up buying 2 pairs. I really enjoyed the experience!

I love Urbana Eye Care. My husband and I go together every year. Everyone there is so nice and honest. If you try on a pair of glasses that doesn't look good they tell you. This time the doctor said my husband didn't need glass, so you know they are looking out for you not just the money. And it is very clean. I do recommend this place to everyone. It's just the best.

I hadn’t been to the eye doctor in years and went to Urbana Eye Care for an exam and glasses. Dr. Gan and everyone in the office were so kind and helpful. They had a great selection of glasses as well and very reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend them!

This practice is great. Not a factory, extremely personable, very clean and Dr.Gan is fantastic! From the time my husband and I walked in we were greeted by Brooke. She was awesome and got all our benefits right then and there, Machelle did the pretest eye stuff and she explained everything. Very kind and makes you laugh. We did need glasses, but not bad for 57 and 59. LOL Charles then helped us pick out frames. He was so patient with me. I really can't say enough good things. I asked for their names, to personally give all of them 5 stars. As a practice manager myself, your staff is worth their weight in gold as the saying goes! Thank you Urbana Eye Care. When it comes to your eye health; everyone wants to make sure they are taken care of in the most exceptional service. Urbana Eye Care have that exceptional service. Although I did not get my prescription here; they will now be the ones I go to to get my contacts and glasses.

When I came into Urbana Eye Care; it was a late Friday Afternoon. As I walked in; I was greeted by Dustin at the front desk. He quickly helped me by getting me into his system and ordering me my contacts. The whole process didn’t take longer than 5 minutes. During this time; 4 more people came in and his ability to greet and manage everyone efficiently was good.

Do recommend and great job Dustin.

The staff was very helpful with directions, insurance information and direct guidance once I arrived. The doctor was amazingly kind and comfortable to speak with. This practice schedules well so that there is not an awful wait time.

I've been getting my eye glasses from Urbana Eye Care since 2012. They have excellent testing equipment, curious and helpful employees. The management went to great lengths to help reduce my cost and my prescription arrived in half the estimated timeframe. If your considering any eyewear products Urbana Eye Care is definitely the right place to get the help one needs when selecting your eye glasses.

Dr. Yan and his team of professionals are great to work with. Had a wonderful visit recently and worked with Michelle. A real pleasure.

The customer service is great! The optician, David, is thorough and knowledgeable. I’ve never had anyone go to such great lengths to make sure my frames and lenses were the correct fit for me. His follow up expertise is greatly appreciated and worth the drive to Urbana!

Very kind receptionists and eye assistant. The doctor is professional & and very knowledgeable! I wear gas permeable contacts which are not as easy to fit or as popular as soft contacts, he knew exactly how to fit me for those. Highly recommend this eye doctor.

I love Urbana Eye Care! Doctor Gan was quite thorough during my exam. Asked all questions and made the exam unrushed and comfortable. Been wearing glasses most of my life and this was the best experience by far. His team are all welcoming and wonderful to deal with. No long waiting. Nice huge selection of STYLISH frames to choose from. I picked these Cole Haan frames- super mature, yet feminine and fun! Best experience from start to finish!....Also, the staff is great with kids & teens too!

Scheduling is easy, and the folks here are always professional and very friendly. Coming here for exams and lenses/frames is always a pleasure.

I have been going to Urbana Eye Care for several years now. I have been to several other places and I prefer Urbana Eye Care by far. Very personalized service, excellent choices in frames (although tend to be on the higher end of other places), and can get my prescription in my own Maui Jim sunglasses. I missed seeing Dr. Gan with this last visit but his substitute was outstanding as well.

I've been wearing contact/eyeglasses for over 20 years now. Never in my life have I had someone do such a thorough examination. His demeanor and tonality may not convey compassion (all that well), however his practices relay that more so. Got the feeling that he genuinely wanted me to see and feel the best I could, and he worked towards that. Definitely would recommend.
