Kyo Sushi

I’m about three bites in and I couldn’t wait to write this review. This is some of the freshest and most delicious sushi I’ve had in the DMV. 10/10 would recommend this cute and quaint spot! The volcano roll literally melts in your mouth I’m beyond impressed.

More casual and reasonable priced sushi place. Maybe not the fanciest indoor dining, but well worth it for the money. I have been there numerous times and have been very happy with service and quality. Very fast service each time i have been there.

Might be nice to see more of a selection for wine and other drinks

The sashimi platter was delicious 🤤, and only $19 for a lot of delicious fish! The lunch bento 🍱 was filling and very good as well

The sashimi here is very fresh and comes in pretty large/long slices! I’d recommend getting any dish with salmon(sake) because the quality was AMAZING! Will definitely be back :)

My favorite sushi spot! I visit Kyo whenever I have a craving for sushi. Every single roll I've tried has been delicious! I literally have nothing but great reviews for this quaint little sushi restaurant. I've noticed there is an unspoken war of who has the best sushi in Frederick based on reviews of local spots, and I'd like to add Kyo to the match lol! Although it's technically in Urbana, it's practically right off of the exit and only takes about 15 minutes to get to from 15. Enjoy the sushi, then try the custard spot next door...equally delicious!

They never disappoint! The eel with avacado rolls are delicious! They’re very friendly and although we mostly order out, the atmosphere is quaint and relaxing.

This restaurant just opened and I heard nothing but good things so I decided to give it a try. Well well well, turned out to be excellent. Staff was welcoming and polite, food came in a timely manner and was delicious, location was pretty cool, and place was very clean. I look forward to returning here as this could easily become our number 1 sushi place nearby.

Got some great sushi today from Kyo. Was running to work, placed my order, 15 minutes later, exactly when they says it would be ready, I received my food.

Order was ready so quickly and was top quality. The 3 rolls and the sashimi were perfect for my best friend and me while my boyfriend enjoyed the sashimi bento. We will definitely be going there afain

It’s such a cute and cozy place! The staff were so kind and patient. The sushi is literally melting in my mouth so that’s how I know it’s great quality ingredients. It’s so close to me as well makes me wanna come all the time. I definitely will come dine in soon so delicious!

We have had two meals. Wide range of sushi, sashimi and other Asian foods. Wait staff is friendly and the sushi sashimi was so fresh !
