Checking out with the app is the best! No more waiting in line (except to exit). Competitive pricing and clean store with friendly customer service. Pharmacy is also great. They will check to see if your prescription are less expensive with or without insurance.

Had tires and a car battery changed at this Sam's Club location. Friendly and helpful staff. Prices for tires were pretty good. I'll be returning here in the future for sure.

Sam's is just a place I enjoy. I am not always in Rockford, but when I am it's nice to swing in to this Sam's. Like many others, it's well kept and clean and the workers are usually really friendly. I like to stock up when I have to stay in town for a while and Sam's is the place to go!

Love this place I like that you can buy in bulk! I almost always over spend on my budget but it's worth it. Just got these flowers and I'm hoping they all grow if now I'm keeping receipt.well it's been past 30 days only 1 canna and a few canna Lilly's I'm disappointed Love these plants!

Always get what I need, even if I have to have it shipped. I do love the scan n go, so easy and I don't have to wait in lines.

The folks in the receiving department are always courteous and quick to unload my semi. I’m grateful!!!

I just recently came back to Sam's club as a member after not living near one in about 12 years. As I write this review they're offering a $45 gift card when you sign up to be a member which the standard membership is $45 so you're basically getting a free membership. The store in Rockford is very clean and organized. Their employees are helpful and friendly. Sam's has been a godsend during the last few months because I can find products in bulk that are out of stock at other places (ex. bottled water, toilet paper, Lysol ect.) Whenever I get any kind of produce from there it's always fresh and reasonably priced. Bakery items are delicious and fresh and if you don't see something out ask and they most likely bring it from the back. Once in a while they will have special savings on some items that are well worth it like I just got 102 tide pods for 19.48 regularly 24.48 . One bad thing I noticed is that in the 3 times that I bought a rotisserie chicken it was not fully cooked so I don't get them anymore. Overall a great store with great deals. I will definitely be renewing my membership this year.

Decent prices on bulk items. The staff is helpful and pleasant. Well organized store. I'd recommend getting a membership.

Employees are always very nice and professional. Maria in customer service went out of her way to help me.

We love Sam's and the big items as well as groceries they have to offer. As the prices are good for what you get. But not on all things. So look at the weight, how many you get for the price. Oh yeah look at the expiration date and think how fast you will use that item before it expires.

Love the selections, the prices, the quality. The meat quality is the best around. I was surprised that there were no green onions and a few other veggies, but being so close to Christmas I'm sure the demand was higher than normal.

I Used to buy several Large Bags of Doritos for Like 5-6 pounds of Taco Meat & it Would Never Last I would end up buying 3 bags But Buying 50 count box of Doritos it helps out for Taco Nights one small bag for 1 per taco is Awesome then Everyone gets one & there Always Some Left !!! :)

Jason from the Tire center was WONDERFUL. He worked with me to get me in the best tire he could in my price range. He didnt try to over sell me and talked to me like I was one of his friends. Very personal and the biggest reason I ordered my tires fro. Sams Club. Thank you Jason

Thank you for being so understanding and pleasant on the phone after xall for help with a next day cake order..... The store Bakery I had originally ordered with called me the day before a party to say they could not make my cake

.....Very sad to scramble around calling to see who can make the Birthday cake last minute!
Beth gave me an instant Assurance of help and made be feel so HAPPY to be a Sam's Club Member!!!!! ...Plus the cake was so yummy!!!
