Bob was a huge help tonight. He went above and beyond with helping swap out a car battery for my daughter…at 8pm…so she doesn’t miss school tomorrow morning. Best part of it all…he had an amazing attitude and it felt like he genuinely cared…

Got a call from them this morning to ask how my experience was yesterday when I went in for parts!! Customer service and a follow up call is VERY gratifying!!! Autozone has all of your parts IN STOCK and prices are very reasonable... You don't need to shop elsewhere for your cars needs!! Again, friendly staff, very knowledgeable, and your never alone when trying to find that perfect part for your car, truck, rv, or boat!!!

Went for supplies to perform a tune up on my car. Associate was quick n very polite, n very effective. Thought I was short on funds and asked to hang on to what I was trying to purchase so I could go home n pick up more money. He said he'd hold it at the counter giving me time to return. Came back purchased my items and associate took his time in helping me with a diagnostic for my check engine light. Not once did they make me feel any type of negativity having to wait on me. The gentleman who helped me was so friendly and provided exceptional customer service. Not only did he help me select the proper windshield wipers, but he also went out in the pouring rain and installed the new ones and discarded the old ones. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Would go there again! Thank you!

Called early morning for prices on batteries. Guy on the phone was really nice. Came in to get the battery and there was a nice lady working. She was very friendly and helpful. I will be doing all my auto shopping here from now on.

Th were were quite a few customers at this location but the line moved swiftly and in proper order. A busy store (from my experience) generally means at least decent service snd probably good prices. It seems that people will return to the store for those specific reasons.

I'm always nosey when dhopping at a location to see how the employees interact with other customers and from I could determine, it was courteous and professional. Thats definitely a good sign.

This is my second time at this location. It was a good shopping experience then and on this encounter. I encourage others in need for automotive parts to shop here for good selection, good prices and excellent customer service.

Amazing service. Nice staff, but the store manager just went above and beyond to show me and teach me about what I needed. Never felt so good while not knowing something. This place is amazing!

Garrett was super helpful in recommending an approach to recharging my AC. He went above and beyond for such a simple task, but as someone who’s never done this before, his customer service was greatly appreciated!

Lots of parking, no issues getting in, staff are very helpful, was able to get me what I needed. Price is fine, are the same everywhere so far as I know. Not sure if they loan you tools if you need them. Plenty of lighting outside the store, I was able to easily change my headlight bulb outside when I was there, so if you have something minor like that, you may be able to handle it in front of the store.

The service is great. I am always greeted with kindness. The employees make all efforts to insure great customer service. Not only do I purchase auto parts but I also recycle my used oil there. Keep up the great work 👍

Liam was very nice and has been with AutoZone for 3 years . He knew what to do with my oil ringing above the labeled price and fixed it no questions asked.

Came here to do a battery exchange luckily I had a warranty I love coming here to get my batteries for my car the girl on the counter did my transaction change my battery out I couldn't believe it she handled business
