Kohl's

They have the sweetest and most informative employees I have ever encountered! I went to purchase only 1 item and ended up purchasing something else as well, because of the help of an additional employee. That was yesterday. I was online trying to find another item to purchase, and I decided to go to the Kohl's website. I ended up purchasing over $200.00 worth. All because of the kindness and help of 2 employees that helped me yesterday. The second was a lady named Amanda. I don't know the first lady that I spoke to but she was just as sweet and informative as Amanda and the cashier. GREAT experience!

A great place to shop even if you don't buy anything. Kohls is missing one important ingredient to their management. A place to sit and buy Coffee or snacks. Target does this but Target does not have my venue of merchandise.

Michael at the Glendora store was very patient and helpful in ringing up my items, but then went above and beyond by carrying my items out to the car! Exceptional Customer Service!!!!

Anyone looking for bargains should go to the LaVerne Kohl’s. I was delighted with the clothes I found and the many bargains I got because I used my charge card. They don’t have as many products as WalMart and Target, but their clothes are better looking, and their employees are friendly. I even prefer their carts.

Beautiful store. I have never been to this location and it was clean inside and out. Staff must really take pride in working here. I wish I would have gotten names, but thank you to everyone that works here.

The lines are always long at Kohl's but for some reason they move the quickest in la verne, it's the friendliest one yet. Happy shopping 🛒🛍

It's a nice Kohl's. Ample parking, clean, plenty of associates at checkout. No complaints.

Gorgeous and clean store . Hope stores like this do not close ever! We need outdoor places to keep feeding our social needs . Many stores closed due to the online Amazon shopping. This store motivates once again the urge to go out mingle and be a social being again.

Diego was very friendly in processing my amazon return. I didn't really know how it worked and he walked me through it every step of the way. He was very funny, charming, and professional. Exemplary customer service. 10/10 hope he attends me next time I need to return. Give this man a raise! LOL

Love this store . They are remodeling it so it was a bit awkward for returning items it was like a maze. I like the fact you can order and they bring it out to your car which helped me a lot that day. I purchased some clearance items and they looked great. I didn't have to hunt for them and it was so fast and simple.😊

Had to use their customer service due to an order issue. The young lady couldn't have been nicer! She took time to resolve my concerns. I am more than happy with the outcome!

So update after they cut the store in half and rearranged the place, it went from a Macy's type of store to just like a Marshalls. It's got a weird security vibe as well, I miss the old place...

I went in to return an Amazon purchase, they scanned the box and gave me a 25% off recipe. I used it to buy the same item only a much nicer one. Joy!
