Zach was amazing! Went in to return some cables boxes and swap a router and we were out in less than 5 minutes! 5 well earned stars!

I never write reviews. As a matter of fact I'm against them because they are all really bad or really good. But I checked on here and it seems like they actually respond to these so they must read them. Recently my daughter got her phone stolen in the UK and Ian helped me getting everything back and running for her so smoothly and flawlessly it was awesome. He always gives you a "worst case scenario" which I really like. Awhile ago I locked myself out of my phone in addition he also helped me upload everything from the cloud on a new workphone so easily and calmly. I have watched this guy work with other customers and other employees and he is extremely calm and reasonable and never gets rattled. I CANNOT imagine working in a place like this because the online communication world is just so utterly confusing BUT so imperative to daily life so people get easily frustrated, angry etc and take it out on people like this. He doesn't seem to be a "corporate" kind of guy to me but Ian should be making his way up the chain so he can help people on a broader scale. Or maybe he just likes the one to one. It makes no difference. I'm extremely impressed with this guy and I can't thank him enough.

Store eas busy at 4.30 pm. Peak hour and only one person working there but handling all the customers patiently, politely and as fast as he could. Verizon should make sure either have more people work their during busy hours or pay him extra for his efficiency.

Zach from Verizon in Westford is the person to see for anything Verizon related! Was there today and he was very kind to a technically inept person (me). He explained everything so I easily understood the situation and he solved my issue! In short order I left happy! Thank you Zach!

Ian was awesome! Friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable. I honestly feel like I got the best deal possible. I did call around. He seemed to be the most knowledgeable rep. Everything went fast and smooth. He figured out how make it all work even though I had a bit of a time deadline and was looking for something very specific. Glad randomly popped in this store. Totally recommend.

Alvaro was a pleasure to work with! Very friendly and personable!! Very helpful and knowledgeable and got things done!! He is one of those hard to find respectful customer service workers that’s knows what he’s doing! I will definitely go back and request him for any of my future needs or help!!

My husband and I visited the Westford store tonight, as we each needed to each get a new iPhone. We had the good fortune to meet two extremely knowledgeable, patient and polite employees by the names of David and Max. After a long day at work, we were more than pleased with their helpfulness and support which made the process as smooth as it could be. We knew what phone we wanted but they were able to explain things that we were not aware of, transfer our data from our old phones, and have us on our way. So thanks to David & Max - you are the best!

Young man Ethan helped me get a new Galaxy s22 ultra. He had told me the week before that he would call when the new phones come in and he followed through. Excellent service, made the data transfer and use discussion great!

Max has a great attitude, work ethic, and knowledge of the product and service. He helped me get a new phone, a bundle package with screen protector, charger, and case, and sent me out with a new phone all ready for use. He explained the perks of the insurances for my purchases, good to know! But even more importantly he noticed my account had a billing error I wasn't aware of that saved me a lot of money. Nice young man! And nice new Samsung S10 with a wireless charger, pink case, and nanotech screen protection.

Got a new phone today!! Nick reviewed our account and found us a better plan. That's money in our pocket. Gotta love that! I'm looking forward to the updated camera features and extra space for all the photos I'll be taking. Thanks for making the process easy. Always love the extra care we are given. Thank yoy!!

Devlin was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient as he helped me navigate through all the mistakes that the verizon's sales and chat reps had made on my account over a simple change of service plan with a new router. My situation issue went on for almost 2 weeks. Was very refreshing to encounter such outstanding customer service. I left with all the correct equipment thanks to Devlins assistance.

Alvaro in Westford MA is an amazing Verizon employee. My phone got run over by our motorcycle and went into this store and he was able to immediately set me up with a new phone as well as teach me new features. Alvaro was very professional, knowledgeable and experience with all aspects of business. Verizon should be proud to have a great employee such as Alvaro representing them!

I switched over from ATT to Verizon today and with Davids help it was seamless and easy... I got a new Samsung S21 and they got it from another store and had it for me the next day! David switched it over for me and was so friendly, informative and professional during the transfer process... happy to be back with Verizon!! And keep David:)

Paul is your guy! He was so patient and gave great recommendations on different ways to upgrade my phone. Best experience I’ve ever had in a Verizon store. Heck, best experience I’ve had with a sales/ tech rep in my life.

Can't thank Devlin enough for helping us transfer my old cell number to a new phone. While this process sounds EASY there were some unanticipated complications that made things quite challenging and required about 45 min. of phone support. Devlin was pleasant, highly skilled and determined to finish the process until things worked smoothly all of which we truly appreciated. He's a credit to the IM Wireless Store in Westford!

I'm from the free phone era and I only went to buy a new phone when my 4yr old phone stopped working.... So needless to say, I'm not a fan of shopping for phones (about as much as shopping for a new car, ugh). But Deanna at Westford Verizon made it a great experience! Her extensive knowledge of the products and services made a purchase I was dreading into one I was excited about! I left with a great new phone and accessories without blowing my paycheck... I would absolutely recommend this store (and definitely ask for Deanna) whether you're like me, on a budget, or want to splurge on some great new tech!
My tablet (also 4yrs old) is on the outs so I'll be back soon and I'm looking forward to it!

Zach was extremely helpful and well informed in helping me set up my first smartphone and giving me all the information I needed. His good humor made my day.

Deanna was awesome. While she took care of my new phone transfer she helped about six other customers. She did this all seamlessly without skipping a beat. Multitasking in retail is most difficult and Deanna nailed it.
