Panera Bread

This is always comford food. We like the soups, sandwiches and salads/chips. The self service kiosk us easy to order and go pickup. There is plenty of parking and tables for seating. The service is fast here. It's located in busy shopping complex. The new chicken Tikka soup is horrible. Don't even bother trying that. Same goes for spicy crispy chicken sandwich.

Prices are way up and quantity of soup and salad are filled only half the bowl. It feels like a rip off going to Panera now.

The GO-TO Place on any occasion for huge selection of food items....ordered chicken cheese sandwich and chicken with broccoli and it is always fresh and delicious..the place is always packed and service is great..

Always a great dining experience here! The team welcomes everyone, the dining area and bathrooms are really clean and the beverage area is always well stocked and organized. Plenty of parking. Easy and fast getting in and out and great for family members and guests of all ages. The best part is the personable staff, Jess, Andrea, Keith, Kate, Monalisa, Riley and Nadia who are usually working when I stop by. Very nice location!

I have been ordering breakfast for pickup almost every day for about two weeks now. No complaints - order is on the pick up shelf before I arrive so I can grab and go!

My recent visits in the morning around 8:30 am were always pleasant. Breakfast sandwiches were decent along with fresh coffee. But the main reason why I want to write a review is because of the female employee who's always diligently cleaning in the morning. It was impressive that she was very responsible for making sure all tables and chairs were clean every morning we visited there. She deserves five star.

Naara my attending employee was very professional. She was cleaning up and stopped to take care of my needs, making sure ton wash her hands before handling the food. Not to many people are this attentive when providing service. Appreciate her awareness to sanitary practices. She gets 5☆☆☆☆☆

Stopped here on Friday evening to pick up some supper to take back to the Hampton Inn! This has to be one of the best Panera's I've ever been in.
It was almost closing time and they didn't rush us when we were ordering and they were so helpful. The order was correct, the packaging was perfect and the food was delicious! Usually whenever I get take out at Panera they give terribly small portions and just throw things in the bag, put the order up incorrectly and/it forget the utensils! Not this place, everything and everyone was perfect!

The staff here were very friendly, engaging with my children, and took great care of us when a simple mistake was made with our order. I will also say that the food quality was perfect. Thank you to the Panera kitchen staff for AWESOMENESS!

Love the broccoli and cheddar in a bread bowl.

I recently had the joy to eat their wonderful squash soup that included nice bread that was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. My son also just started to work at that place. The food is very good there.

I absolutely love the Mediterranean Veggie sandwich. And my wife loves the Napa Almond Chicken sandwich. Since it is a little expensive, we don't frequent often. I also like their chocolate chip cookies. Good ambiance and seating area. Wish they delivered to Boxborough since it is far from here.

Today, I arrived at this store to pick up a large order (about $70.00) that I submitted by cellphone. Unfortunately, I arrived at the wrong store. It was completely My mistake. Aaron, was very helpful in helping me and offered several options for my consideration to correct my error. Thank you, Aaron. Your store’s phone number is now on my speed dial. You cared and took the time to help me.

Our cashier (who was also the manager of the establishment) named Lori was so sweet and was great with talking to us. We joked around and talked for a while. Food was great and was not disappointed at all!

Panera is where I buy my bread, its much better than the Market Basket bakery. They have decent bagels, not New York quality but as good as you get in New England. The challah is also good as is the sourdough.

Love this Panera bread! The cashier Lisa was so helpful and she was such a sweetheart. I would go back just because she made me feel so welcome!

Great place to go for a quick meal. Quality food with a extensive menu of soups and sandwiches. Very clean and service was efficient. My go-to place for a quick meal.

Eat here daily, it's my fave and using the app is so easy and quick, I almost never have to wait.

Like this Panera. Clean and quick. Rapid pickup one of my favorite features. Parking can be difficult at times, lot too small for busy times.
