I moved my belongings into this facility in early March '24. Frank handled my paperwork & was very thorough & patiently answered my questions. The facility is clean & well-maintained. Best of all is the reasonable price for the rental! I've already recommended this facility to my friends!

Frank made this experience extremely easy and FUN! He is very knowledge and accessible. He was very thorough throughout the rental process! He is a valued employee! Thanks for having him.

Update: they called me back THE SAME DAY and are resolving the billing issue, moving forward remember if you use a gate code, even just to double check your unit after you've moved out, that will make you count as "active" again!

My only real gripe is one of the buildings has a steep incline at the door, and can make moving large items on wheels a bit... thrilling, but if you bring your own wagon it's easy enough

Their corporate customer service hold times are long, but Tom and the folks in this location are very helpful! Thank you again Tom!

Wow. I Met Andrea the other day as I was looking at a few units for a friend that has passed away. Andrea was so understanding and patient with all of my questions. She went above and beyond just to make sure I was satisfied. Even though I was not ready to rent at the moment as it's not for me. She was still very thorough. GREAT asset to this company. Will definitely tell family and friends about this location and the great manager Andrea.

My family and I are helping my Great Aunt find storage in Westford as she has to move into assisted living, which my Aunt is having a difficult time adjusting to her new life.
We came in to find out information about storage for her valuables and sentimental items from her home.
We took her to the office where Dottie (my great aunt) was able to speak with a lady there named Beth who was very kind, patient and quite knowledgeable about the facility which put our Dottie at ease. Thank you so much Beth for being so kind and patient with our Aunt Dottie, she was such a sweet lady and my Aunt Dottie just loved her country accent as she was born and raised in a rural area as well.

Updating my review after my experience with Tom today. From 1 star to 5 stars because of this guy. He deserves a raise for that positive vibe and smile.

Rates are high and increase regularly. My unit was not climate controlled and I did need to throw some stuff away due to mold growth from the environment in the building. They did find me a unit on the spot though and that’s what I get for not doing research.

Needed to talk to a rep during normal business hours but the office door was locked with the rep sitting outside in her maroon jeep liberty smoking a cigarette. She watched me walk up to the door and try to open it yet said nothing to me and proceeded to open it up once I got in my car and was already pulling out. Also their rates are kind of insane. There’s better options.

Andrea, was amazing! I wasn’t sure if this location and price point was good for my needs. After our conversation I felt really good about the size we choose and the easy access we get when compared to other options. The office is always open and help is always around when I need it. I’d recommend this location to everyone!

Excellent customer service from Andrea. She was quick, accurate, and friendly when we ran into a snag. Lockers are well kept and facility has a comprehensive camera and gate system. Will not be going anywhere else for our public storage needs.

I rarely write reviews but my experience at the Westford MA Public Storage was so excellent that I’m taking the time to do it. Sandy, the property manager, and her co-worker, Connor, were unfailingly friendly, helpful, and responsive. They answered questions, returned calls, and followed up when they said they would. I hope the Public Storage company realizes what an asset they have in these two employees.

The storage unit itself was clean and climate-controlled, the “paperwork” was able to be done entirely online, and the cost was reasonable. I recommend this business without reservation.

I had a great and easy experience getting a storage unit. Connor was extremely helpful while also being quick and efficient. He got me set up right away. Gave me all the information I needed. I barely had to ask anything because he covered it all. I feel very good about storing my belongings here. Thank you so much.

Great safe and easy to find location minutes from us. Convenient access through the app on my phone to enter and leave through the automated gate which is a great feature! Clean facility and the price really can't be beat with their online daily specials!

So I don’t normally write reviews but during a stressful move! I went to public storage and I met Sandy, she was so helpful and very sweet. She was very personable and knowledgeable! I would recommend this public storage based on the cleanliness and the fact that they make you feel like your an actual person and not just a number and a money source.

Easy, affordable, clean and apparently very well managed. I haven't met Sandy yet but Bob was fantastic. He appeared genuinely interested in what you were looking for and that you were happy with what you received. The property and office were spotless and even smelled clean, not perfumy but clean.
It was a totally painless experience.
I would definitely use this facility again.

Well I walked in and immediately was welcomed by the woman at the front desk named Sandy. She was nice and very friendly. While waiting for her husband, Bob I believe, she informed me of upcoming weather forecasts and just was nice. Glad I picked this place. They were also very affordable.

Clean well-maintained storage complex with easily accessible units. I have been renting units here, on and off, for several years. Sandy was very efficient, helpful and pleasant at move-in time, just as she has always been when I've moved in or out in the past.
