Every time I ship an item the staff is very professional and helpful but this time I have to give a special shoutout to Sheila. Unbeknownst to me, I shipped a package to the wrong address. It came back twice and more. Sheila went above and beyond to figure out why the package wasn’t getting to the right person. Throughout the whole ordeal she always remained calm, kind and professional and made many inquiries on my behalf. It is very apparent that she truly cares about the customer and getting packages to the right spot.

The staff is polite, responsive, and communicative. There were multiple customers in the shop while I waited for my fax to be send. The Clerk was very communicative so I didn't have to guess what was going on with the fax.

Meet and Sheila went above and beyond with their customer service skills. Very helpful and a pleasure working with them. They are perfect examples of what a customer service professional should mimic.

Well, aside from the fact that UPS is ALWAYS on time & everything always arrives in the condition it was sent in, the customer service is above everyone else

Quick and friendly.
Mostly come here to drop off Amazon/other returns. They take ups or usps.

I messed up and had to print a label for one and they had me email some info and took care of it (~ $1)

Ease of use, location and staff are amazing there.

I had a heavy box to return to Amazon. I am severely disabled; got out o my car with the box, approached the entry door, and was greeted by a young man who opened the door, took the box from me, put the return label I got from Amazon on the package, and gave me a receipt.
I was out of there quicker than it took me to post this review.

Really helpful and responsive. Called them just after opening on Sunday morning when the online printing portal wasn’t working and Sarath helped us get a large, urgent printing job sorted in time for a work meeting.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful, especially the ladies who work in the morning!
