Eric was super helpful! My wife’s phone stopped working and mine was charging inconsistently. We both use our phones for our jobs so we had to get new ones.

Eric made sure we were aware of all the discounts we could take advantage of. The accessories are a great value for the products offered, especially the screen protectors.

This potentially stressful experience went smoothly and we are happy with the service provided.

Jacqueline was amazing. She helped me with my recent purchase of a new phone and was so helpful from start to finish. And she gave me excellent advice when it came to switching phones. She suggested I stay with what works for me and I am most comfortable with. So smart and I am happy I listened to her.

In December of 2023 I visited the ATT store on south Hover in Longmont Co. looking to purchase a Samsung Galaxy S23. I was greeted by Jacqueline Montoya who through her professional product knowledge advised me to wait another month for the newer model to come out as I would most likely get credit for my existing phone. Following Jacqueline's advice not only got me a nicer phone but also got me a FREE phone as I was allowed to trade in my s8 for an s24+. Thank you Jacqueline for the wonderful customer service and getting me the best phone for the best deal possible. I'll be sure to send all of my friends and family her way and I have no doubt she will make for great executive management at ATT in the future.

Eric was the literal best. I cannot emphasize enough how helpful he was in making a difficult day better after my phone broke and there were logistical difficulties with the upgrade. I went get a replacement for my iPhone 8 because of a broken back cover. They checked my account profile, and It turned out I had insurance on it I’ve forgotten. Anyway, my iPhone 8 will be replaced under insurance and I was also offered a half price off on an iPhone 13 which I couldn’t resist. I walked out of the store very happy!

Y’all need to go to this store and work with Brayden. He was soooo helpful and nice and got me out of the store within 15 mins

Jacquline was amazing! She was so sweet and helped us with all of our problems. She recommended the perfect phone case for me and told of the promotion for accessories. She was very personable and fun to work with. It was nice to have a table to sit at and it there were plenty of employees working so we didn't have to wait to get helped.

Just ask for the Store Manager because she has gone to a huge extent of time and effort to help me solve a problem I was having with my phone. She is very knowledgable, polite and she even listens. She really intends to solve any problem you could ever have with cell phones. She did not try to sell me anything, just gave service.

I had a very complex problem with my phone/service that neither customer service nor another local AT&T store could solve. Decided to try my luck at this store: Daniel had my problem figured out in minutes, and solved within an hour. Plus he was super nice the whole time. I will definitely be shopping here again.

Nina was great, she quickly solved the issue and there was mo waiting time! She was amazing! I highly recommend this store over the one on 29th in Boulder where they are inefficient, the manager is rude, and there is always a long wait line.

I can in wanted to get a new provider, I met with Dan he was fantastic and willing help me with my needs. He was very helpful and will and do recommend this location for best experience. This was the fastest change in provider ever and easy! It took longer to cancel my extra line from Verizon they lost my service for good over there lack of customer service!

Working with Mike G. was an absolute delight. He educated us on our new phones which was very needed and greatly appreciated! He treated us with amazing kindness and was able to answer all of our questions no matter how silly they were. Mike also was able to get us a much better deal which is why we switched from Verizon to AT&T.

Great overall experience from the time I walked in the door to the time I left. I had to take both kids with me and right away, they greeted the kids and got them settled with some netflix shows while we got to work. Gabe and his staff were friendly and very quick getting my phone returns and upgrades taken care of. Made the experience quick and easy and will definitely return for future service!
