Service is good, but the food is always messy. I worked at McDonalds and know how crazy it can get. Still, take pride in your job and do neatly and correctly.

I ordered a Big Mac and received one that was prepared by someone who takes pride in their work. Usually, I order Big Macs from other locations, and they look like a big sloppy mess, though they always taste awesome. My Big Mac was pristine, and the portions of ingredients were perfect. Its presentation was good enough to be on a Mcdonalds commercial. I shoulda taken a photo, but I couldn't resist tearing into that bad boy. Well done

I get my morning coffee and sandwich here. The ladies working the morning shift have always been smiling, happy to serve you and take the time to make your coffee as you ask for it. Very pleased. Thanks girls for your warm morning smile and great ccffee.

I went through the Drive thru. The service was quick, they had everything I asked for and the food was hot. Some of the best all around fast food I've gotten in a long time.

Fries were very hot and perfect... neither too crusty nor soggy. Sandwich was good. I ate it after the fries so it wasn't hot hot but satisfactory.... that's on me, though. I can't stand fries that aren't hot, so (to quote my grandfather) I pay my money and take my choice. We stopped we stopped early for lunch... around 11:15. We were the only in-restaurant diners at that hour. We were thrilled because when you're on a 12+ hour drive, you really hope to eat outside the vehicle if at all possible. We had a positive experience at this location. Clean restroom. Trash bags in the outdoor bins were being changed as we pulled away. To the question below about curbside pickup: yes, it's called a drive-thru.

On the road, needed food, made the stop.... Best fries ever!!!!!!

We had a late breakfast but they were still helpful. The pancakes were hot as was bacon. We like our meals hot. Very good tasting. Fast service too. Thanks McDonald's!

Good place for truck drivers to stop and get a quick bite. Few parking spots for semis.

Traveling on I-81. Stopped late Sunday 27 February. Burgers and fries were hot and fresh. The young ladies at the drive-thru were very friendly. Not always satisfied with aMcDonald's visit, but I'll be stopping here during future travels.

Always fast but not always accurate when you're adding or removing items on or from a sandwich. So check your bag before you pull off to make sure it's right. Still gave them a 5 star for being so busy and so quick.

Smiling when you get there and clean and cheap

This is my favorite Starbucks! They are so fast!!! And my weirdo drinks are always on point. The people who work here have always been very friendly. I drive through about four times a week and no matter who u get they are so nice! Love this one!

Hands down the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The employees are always so lovely and the food is always just right. Plus, they’ve never told me they don’t have ice cream! lol. I wish they were open 24/7.

I like the drive thru and it always seems to be moving at a fast clip. The window staff so far has been very friendly and if I get to the speaker and forget what I was going to say and take a second or two to gather my thoughts, they never make me feel like they wish they were anywhere else but there. Annnnnd, my french fries are always hot. It matters! I recommend this location.

I stopped at McDonald's at 1131 Aylor Rd, Stephen's City, Va. On my way home to NJ and they were very busy. The coffee pots looked like the bits that were remaining could be used for iced coffee but that's not what I needed. So I asked the girl if she would make a Fresh pot and I'd have a cup. She said no problem and quickly went and made a fresh pot without any questions. The lady who gave me my order said Fresh Coffee? and was as pleasant as the young lady who made it and to have a nice day. I was so impressed I just had to post this. I wonder if all the McDonald's are as accommodating because I love their fresh coffee.HM

I haven't actually eaten my food yet, because this review is way more important. This McDonalds is the nicest one I've ever been too. I don't mean construction or cleanliness. I mean the awesome, good spirited employees. The young lady who took my order was engaging, asked me questions about me and my day, she smiled and was quick to make sure my order was prepared, and another employee, maybe mamager?, ensured my sauce was in the bag (which usually half the time it's not). If anything, just come here to feel good about yourself after 3 hours into a 9 hour drive. Thank you kind McDonalds ladies. You were just what I needed! And please give that young lady a raise! My gosh I wish I had grabbed her name.
