Good food, friendly service, super clean, and easy to get in and out of - can’t ask for more than that!

We went through the drive thru, and they were really nice and got our order correct.

They had THE MEATS!
Employee was pleasant, food was hot, fresh, fast, well portioned, and well priced. You really can't ask for much more than that.

Stopped in to try their new fish sandwich. It was very tasty! Served fresh and hot, and the service was first rate. The counter ninja was friendly and courteous, and even took the time to determine my veteran status. A good visit!

This Arby's deserves a 5 star rating due to the staff who was energized and the food was very good! Hopefully the owner appreciates his staff and pays them what they are worth cause this Arby's is by far the best I have ever been to!!

I picked up food at the drive-through. The loaded potatoes dish was a hot mess, but it was delicious! I'd only wanted a snack, but it was so good, I ate the whole thing. I'll go back.

Food was all served fresh. Customer service was fantastic. Ira was taking our order and made sure of the ingredients due to my wife's allergies. Ira was very helpful and extremely polite. Wish there were more Ira's around. Thanks for making our trip home better.

Sooo good! Absolutely love the sandwiches and curly fries here. Always surprised how fast they crank out the orders at the drive thru too. Last visit was around 1 o'clock, Sunday, Dec. 12 and drive thru service was professional and courteous.

We hit the drive thru because we were on our way home and wanted to stay on the road. The lady working the drive through was great. Friendly and fast. Food was also fantastic!

The Arby's in Stephens City VA is the best! The employees are well trained and very kind. It's one of the few places left that believe in great customer service. The food is always freshly prepared and delicious! I have never had a bad experience there and I go frequently.

Absolute best customer service in any restaurant I have ever been to! Which is saying something because I ran a restaurant for six years!! The server Alex was the most excitable server I have ever met and had nothing but positivity and smiles during these trying times in life!! Phenomenal store!!! Highly recommend

Extremely polite employees and clean atmosphere. The food was delicious and hot. Bathrooms were exceptionally clean and my meal came out very quickly. Great place to stop during a road trip or between your lunch break.

Always a top choice when a good fastfood meal is needed and this was no exception. However, bring back the grilled chicken sandwich!

Stopped here while on our way to OBX so we were tired, hungry and just wanted to eat. All our food was fresh and made right.

Best Arbys in VA! Food is always fresh and they let you know how long of a wait its going to be when you order it so you can decide if you have time to wait or not. They do not cut corners and they are dedicated to satisfying their customers all of the time, even at closing time. Their sweet tea is on point and their staff is beyond commendable. Better than average service and really quite friendly staff. The food was fresh and hot with hardly any wait time. All in all, we were very pleased with our visit and will go back again the next time we are in the mood for Arby's. Keep up the good work!

Service was fast & friendly. For fast-food. The brisket sandwich was pretty good. And, the beef and cheddar is always the beef and cheddar 😋
