Plato's Closet Winchester

Took 20/24 of my items and gave me a super great deal! Some good finds on the racks and updated nicely for the appropriate season. Customer service has been excellent the past few times I have gone in, and the expectation on how long it'd take them to get going through my items was super realistic. Lovely vibes, good prices, and clean store.

I love the new store location! So organized and clean. I also appreciate the quality of product on the racks. You can tell they are selective about what they accept as buy-backs. The staff is always so helpful, attentive but not hovering in an annoying way. Great shopping experience. Just started following them and love seeing the new arrivals!

Went with a friend to drop off some of her daughter's clothes! The store was clean and very organized! The staff was friendly and very helpful! I shopped while the exchange was going on and had a question about an item, the staff was very polite, got me my answer quickly and checked with me later to see if they could be of any assistance! This is not a store I regularly shop for me, but when you have teens in your life, you do! I will be there!

After reading numerous reviews on the other locations (Dulles & Hagerstown) I had to give Winchester a review! Their new location was very spacious, clean and had nice inventory. I went in to sell and was immediately greeted as I walked in by two of their employees and asked if I needed help carrying anything. They were so friendly the entire transaction and looked through my two large containers very quickly. A bonus was all the bins at the front were filled with shirts from Target that were new with tags!! After finding a shirt I went to check out and my containers were ready. When she told me the price they wanted to offer me for less than half my items I about fell over! They gave me such a GREAT offer I couldn’t believe it! After my transition they asked me again if I needed help carrying. From the time I walked in to the time I left, AMAZING customer service! Thank you Winchester, keep up the good work!

I love this store. The staff is always so friendly and shopping the racks is similar to shopping at the mall, but for so much cheaper!!! I truly don't understand the bad experience comment when selling. They provide an offer and you are never obligated to accept. I highly recommend shopping and selling at this location!

I sold quite a few items of clothing here. I was offered a very fair price for all of my items and I will be returning here again. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. If you have name brand clothes in great shape bring them here.

I've always loved coming in. I am always immediately greeted by the employees. The store is always nicely organized and easy to navigate. I shop hardly shop for clothes anywhere else anymore because I can find everything I need and want at an affordable price right here.

Great selection! Everyone is so friendly and very speedy with taking in your used items! I love bringing my gently used clothing here and picking up new things. Perfect for the highschool/college/20 something crowd.

The accessories are always changing and are so neat. It’s fascinating to see all the different decorations! The prices are right as Bob Barker would say; i love being able to express myself in affordable clothes.

Really great option for those who need to watch the wallet but want to shop shop shop for school because after wearing pj's for a year while online learning the wardrobe is bare! No restroom in store...aldi and Mickey d is next door though!

Great prices on clothing ranging from somewhat used to brand new. Well organized making shopping a breeze compared to many other thrift/consignment shops. Staffed by friendly helpful folks.

This is an amazing place to shop! Since I started shopping at platos closet I do not shop anywhere else! The prices are so affordable and the clothes stay up to date! I love that I can bring in my clothes I don’t wear anymore and make a trade for new ones! I will forever be a platos shopper!!!😊

Compared to many other consignment shops, this one was best. However, the prices are higher. The selection, organization and set up of the clothes is outstanding!!

The place to go for affordable name brand clothing that is second hand. Excellent for teenage girls. Great prices, friendly staff. They also have a great rewards program.

The clothes are very up to date with the latest fashion styles and the customer service is great. I would rather come here than go to another Plato’s where the atmosphere isn’t as friendly.
