The UPS Store

Came in today to use notary services and Christy was so nice and just overall made it easy and simple. I typically go to a UPS store closer to my home and it’s always a hassle to get anything done. But this location just overall had a nice feel, and was very clean. Everyone seemed very nice and knowledgeable. Great staff!

A wonderful group of people. They are very helpful and kind. This UPS location is a favorite of mine. If I could rate them higher I would give them more stars!! Today Josh and Cayenne assisted me.

I had excellent service at this store today and it made my day. A friendly young man named Rashy waited on me. He took the time to explain certain protocols and was very patient and kind. I appreciated the great service.

I would only ship and work with the UPS Morrisville...had a international critical ship and they knew how to handle it with care and arrived perfectly! They are wonderful ❤ Customers are their number one priority and it shows ..when it is busy I am amazed by how they handle the busyness with professionalism...thank goodness for UPS Morrisville...

Krishawna was amazing! I had a really complex shipping request, and she handled everything so competently. Best of all, she brightened my day by being so nice while working to make sure I had everything in needed. Thank you!

Had to have something notarized and overnighted and it was emotional. Krishawna, not knowing the circumstances, was so sweet and kind and made it so much easier. That and her professionalism will bring me back time after time. All the guys there are friendly and so helpful. I wish all UPS Stores were like Morrisville!

This UPS store is very efficient and all of the associates are friendly as well as knowledgeable.

Came to this store to ship a couple packages. I was not organized when I arrived, but Deshawn and Krishawna were patient with me a super helpful. The other two staff working at the time also we very friendly with other customers as I was prepping my packages. Overall great experience!

I had interactions a couple times with both Deshawn Harris and Rashy at this UPS location and I give them 5 stars. They’re helpful, patient, friendly and very professional. I would always go to UPS at this location because I had horrible experiences at other locations.

Everyone in this store was awesome!
But Krishawna went above and beyond to help me get what I needed done! It took her 37 minutes of specialized time on just my order, she was amazing and made something impossible possible!!!!!!! Thank you!!!!!!

My wife visited the store on 6/11/20. She said the customer service was good. The two young men there were helpful, especially the older one; he had more experience. We do not know his name, but he was very courteous. He even ran with our package as the UPS truck was about leaving for the day; he wanted to try and get our package on the truck before it left that evening. He also showed the less experience young guy how to do good customer attention when someone comes into the store.

I am always pleased with my service at this location and have been shipping packages from here for years. The staff are very courteous and helpful; they always greet me when I come in and promptly offer their assistance as soon as they are available. I had a good experience today when I went in to mail a parcel and have some documents laminated. Kelly assisted me and I appreciated that she took care cutting my documents to the correct size and when laminating them. They came out great! This is a great store that I will continue to go to for all of my shipping and stationery needs.

I came in and I was greeted and promptly helped. I had multiple packages to return to Amazon. Didn’t know what I was doing, trying to get a winter coat back in its small bag. They helped me to zip, button, fold and place my items in their bags. Tape and labeled, gone back to Amazon. What a joy these young folks were, 10+

Where customer service has somewhat gone astray… it was very refreshing to deal with Rashomon!
He was very helpful & kind. When another customer complained about the copies he received Rashomon did all he could to help this person… very patient! Very pleasant young man!

This review is long overdue, as I have been coming here for over a year. The service is always polite & professional, and the staff goes above & beyond to ensure that we are waited on in a timely manner. Whenever I had questions or concerns, they were addressed with courtesy & respect. Today I inadvertently boxed an item that I did not mean to send. I called the store an hour later & was assured that the box would be set aside so that I could make sure I sent the correct items. I want to give an extra special shout-out & THANK YOU to Christie & Krishawna. They are super sweet & very helpful. 5 STARS to this UPS Store!!

Deshawn Harris and Rashy were very helpful and patient. I was returning two shipments and was confused because one had to be returned at another location. They explained everything and helped me figure out what went where.

I've been using this UPS store ever since I moved to NC many years ago as my primary mailing address for myself and my business. The people here are amazing! They are all friendly and kind, and always look for new ways to help you. They take the time to take care of all of the many many packages I send through them, and not once in over 100 shipments have they ever made a single mistake. They also give great advice on saving money on postage.

I have also used them for print services and it was always a quick in and out experience. I have gone in there while my car is hooked up at the gas station next door, and have finished up by the time the tank was filled. They are that quick!

So yeah, of all the print and post centers I have ever used (a lot of them) this UPS store is totally the best!
