Good food great friendly service. Need to have more value deals for people on a budt

Small town fast food. What's not to love! I really appreciated the service! They waited for my app to load with patience and had served with smiles. It was impressive for 9am. Thanks, guys!

Alright, so every summer my entire life, my family, some crazy lady, and I would ride the rail trail from Saginaw and get food here - McFlurrys, Smoothies, Quarter Pounders, Fries - you know what a McDonald's has. It's all delicious.
They had this table outside we would sit at and eat while we watched the traffic go by - counting how long it took people to make a left turn onto Saginaw St.
They had a major renovation last fall. A big digital upgrade you see a lot of McDonald's doing now, yada yada. In addition to redoing the whole entryway, they tore out that table outside! My review had 4 stars after they did that, but they brought it back plus more. So, we're back up to 5 stars.
All-in-all, this is a nice locally owned McDonald's that has that special small town (village) feel.

This is my favorite location in the area of Saginaw/Gratiot counties. I have not gotten an incorrect order, the people are friendly, and it’s laid back. The whole city mentality of being in a rush all the time isn’t really the prevalent attitude in small towns. That’s ok, I prefer it that way.

The people in charge of this place are fabulous 👌 👏 👍🏼 thanks again for the best time at McDonald's ever. My children still talk about our experience here. Strongly recommend this location for and of your fast food needs 😋 thanks, ladies

Usually I don't review fast food places but I'm gonna make an exception thinly reason i gave a 4 star on food is because it's fast food otherwise as far as McDonald's are concerned this place is a five star location

Just coffee and hash browns. A quick in and out.

This McDonald's in Saint Charles was happy 😁 to see us. The cashier with a smile, blue eyes and friendliness deserves a big promotion. He checked on us and whether our food was okay three times and was so polite and kind.

Food is always fresh!

Mostly it's a McDonald's like any other. But I have noticed a few particular things about the Owosso location. The lobby, bathroom, and counter areas are very well maintained in a cleanly fashion. The staffing seems courteous and professional. The self serve beverage area is well kept. The condiments seem to always be well stocked. And the atmosphere is rather family friendly. Despite a double lane drive thru line, using the drive thru is an acceptable wait time even when they're packed due to their efficient crew.

Purchased gloves for charity at this location. Fast service given to this customer when visiting the drive through.

Placed mobile order. Still a unresolved glitch with the app which slows down the ordering process. Food was fresh and hot. People where happy and friendly. A good visit.

They're always fast & friendly in the morning when I pass through on my way to work. I've not had any issues with my orders being wrong or delayed.

Consistently great over the years whenever we stop in on our way through town.

Very friendly food was fast and freshly made.

We just stopped and got a Coke during a busy weekend and they got us in and out of the drive-thru really fast.
Everybody knows if you want an ice cold Coca-Cola you go to McDonald's.

I only had one issue with the food but I was given a refund without asking. Staff is friendly and prompt probably one of the better McDonald's I have been to.

Usually stop here with grandkids either after riding the rail trail located close by or after playing/visiting the park right across the road staff is always friendly
