Best margaritas in town!!! Hands down the best perfect margarita that you can get in town. Hunter Thurston did a fabulous job on mixing the homemade margarita for me. The freshly made drink was top notch. Thank you;)

Nice place to eat good food, the atmosphere was also rustic. The staff was nice, and we were seated right away. The food was well prepared, and our waitress did a good job getting additional items for our table. I recommend this place if you are in the St. Charles area!

Wow what an amazing experience!! Cotton Candy Martini, Chicken Marsala. Sweet potato fries, hassle back potatoes. we tried everything. Food came out fast, waitress was amazing. We will definitely be back!!

We stopped into Cam's for dinner tried there wood fire bruschetta. Highly recommend!

Hunter our waiter was certainly nice, prompt and did a great job. Our smash burgers and Grilled shrimp were amazing.

It was hard to believe it was only their second day. The atmosphere is cozy, clean, organized with attentive staff. The owner talked with us and introduced some of the staff, who were family including 3 of her children. What a great family restaurant. The had a small menu since they had a class reunion going on. The burgers were great. All of the staff were pretty busy and were still professional and attentive. I hope they do well and look forward to going back to try the full menu and when they get their pizza oven we will be trying some pizza.

Had the Crispy Chick Sandwich and hubby had the Philly cheese steak wrap. Both of us were highly impressed by how good it was! Prices were more than fair for the quality of the food! Both left completely stuffed and happy customers. Waitress was attentive and super friendly. Will definitely be back!

For being a new restaurant, Cams Brick Oven was an extremely well put together establishment. We we’re greeted by a very friendly hostess. Our waitress Ally was an extremely sweet young lady and answered all our questions about the menu. My husband and I both ordered the smash burger, and it was delicious. We also ordered the truffle fries as an appetizer, they were amazing. This place is definitely our new go to spot. Keep up the great work Cam’s Brick Oven!!!!

Food was fantastic! Great top shelf selection. Will definitely be back. It's a breathe of fresh air for St Chucks!

Everything was wonderful! All staff members were friendly and the food was delicious!

Food is great!! Our waiter was excellent, great portions, we got the fried pickles for a starter, and had two smash burgers for dinner and the house Cesar salad on the side and it was excellent. The Moscow mule and the Moscow mule orange creamsicle was also very good! If you’re thinking about trying this place out it’s an awesome local town restaurant! I highly recommend this place!! Im glad to have a local restaurant with this high quality of food to be able to enjoy a meal at!!!!!

Meredith is the best bartender in town! Great drinks. Great food!

Where do I start?

I own Touch Of Elegance Detailing in Saginaw and had to pickup and drop off a customer vehicle in St. Charles, while on my way there I noticed Cams Brick Oven! So once we got everything squared away with our customer we decided to stop into Cams Brick Oven! I’m all about experience, and this was the first time we had them and I was blown away!

The welcoming atmosphere and attitude from this place is nuts! Abby J was our server she was sweet, super polite and answered any questions we had about the menu!

Firstly we looked over the lunch and drink menu and right away we decided upon the “German Pretzel with beer cheese” as an appetizer and I myself got a very well put together Long Island, by far Top 5 I’ve ever had out of many 🤣. But the “German Pretzel with Beer Cheese” was phenomenal. The presentation of the appetizer was just as good as the dish itself. The cheese had just the right amount of flavor yet it was different than your average beer cheese, it’s almost hard to describe it other than cheesy goodness! I encourage you to try it!

Next we decided upon “Cams Smash Burgers” with bacon! From top to bottom this thing was juicy, the onions were caramelized to perfection! The beef from the burgers had so much flavor and the crisp around the edges of each smash patties “magnifico” lol. We even had a chance to meet Rob from the kitchen. He was a cool person to meet had no idea he was the chef until the end of our conversation. He’s a very knowledgeable guy and definitely a great person to have representing Cams Brick Oven.

Also loved the fact you all have the AMI music machine, nothing like washing down a tasty burger and fries with your delicious Long Islands to some Morgan Wallen! I will most definitely return and we can’t wait to enjoy your pizza after you guys get the Brick Oven Installed!

Second time stopping in, both times would highly recommend. Went with my server Samatha’s recommendations on a drink and an entree and both were delicious. Had the Creamsicle mule and the new menu item, chicken alfredo. Kudos to the bartender as well, the mule was mixed very well and served in the copper mug. The alfredo was some of the best sauce I’ve had, the chicken was nice and tender and it was a big portion, more than enough to fill me up. Would definitely recommend coming here and checking out the new menu!

So we went to have lunch at Cams Brick Oven there was approximately 25 of us. The waiter Hunter was awesome . The food was very good and came out on a timely manner . The owner came over to check on us and Thanked us all for coming in . Definitely will be going back :)

We had the pretzel, smash burger with truffle fries. Food was served quickly, hot aand delicious. I’ve been craving the truffle fries, they’re that good. We’ll be back!
