We went here on 4th of July and surprisingly it was open until 8:00PM. A very friendly employee went above and beyond to help us find the product we needed and took time out of what he was already doing and helped us. He helped us find the trash can super quickly and was great. Usually I hate on Home Depot but maybe times are changing. Jk I still don’t like it but the guy was super cool.

Store 0881 the experience I had at this store is something to brag about. I saw on their online site that they carried this certain item, so I drove there to purchase it. I get there and asked a worker what I was looking for and showed him the picture on their site, he told me I had to order it and have it shipped. I left and as I was walking to my car, I saw another worker, who turned out to be a manager, we walked back in the store and looked up the product I was searching for. Well they had plenty in stock. Damion was the manager who helped means doe my troubles he gave me 10 bucks off the price.I get to the register to check out told the cashier what Damion said and she didn't question me not once. That Cashier's name was Alissa very polite lady. Had a nice conversation with me. Before I could finish my transaction Damion walked up to make sure I was properly taking care of.

This Home Depot location is my favorite in the Birmingham area. The store is well organized and clean. The employees were very helpful and accessible. They seem to do pretty well keeping everything in stock from my experience so far. Their tool section is my favorite, with my favorite brands carried (Ryobi, Makita and Milwaukee). Highly recommended!

Great store for your household needs. Picked up a riding mower my mom bought for me, said I am getting to old for a push mower. Got a great deal on a clearanced club cart riding mower we couldn't pass up. Very pleased with our purchase, although I could have gone couple more years using a push mower

I skip Lowe’s in Bessemer and go about 20 mins out of my way to come here. Great staff.

Customer service is the best. I get so much help when going to the pro desk. I come in with a print out of what I need and they assist me until we find everything. I can say I’m at this place 3 to 4 times a week for the apartments I’m over.

I got a kitchen faucet leak and was going to replace it. I went to this store several days ago to purchase parts. Chuck helped me finding everything needed for that job and he gave me all the details on how to install and connect with adapters. He was very helpful and made my installation much easier. Also another senior gentleman stopped by and provided me with help. I think Chuck and the other gentleman deserve a five star.

Great Store for diy projects people are friendly and pets are allowed.

This is for the sweet employee I talked to at this location a few months ago. This employee and I chatted at the checkout about my new large fuzzy Calathea. This is me letting you know it’s thriving and you should DEFINITELY get one too if you haven’t already! Love this location :-)

We made several large purchases at this location and were extremely pleased with the experience and the service provided! Every time we came across an associate they offered to help and give us expertise on the products we were looking for. We also purchased some Ryobi lawn equipment and were approached by a Ryobi rep that was partnered with Home Depot and in the store doing demos. He was able to answer all of our questions and helped us feel very secure in our purchase. It was busy and crowded with different sales and mark downs in almost every section of the store- even with all that going on we waited in line for less than 5 min to make our purchases.

I have never seen a big box store that has this huge of a plant selection in June. Amazing. And like most Home Depot’s it definitely has excellent customer service.

Good selection of items for the home improvement Enthuiasts! Garden center has a great variety of plants and other outdoor items.

The employees at this store are always helpful, unlike their competitors.

My husband and myself have been working endlessly to remodel our home. We came into the store looking for help and advice on our final projects and we were welcomed by the sweetest worker we have ever encountered in any Home Depot, Kathy Moore. She was not only super attentive to every question we threw at her, she somehow managed to keep a smile on both of our faces the entire time. It was so refreshing to meet someone in retail who genuinely cares about her job and the customers that she’s serving. If I ever open my own business I would hire her in a heartbeat, so look out Home Depot!!

New store hours are 6am -9pm Monday through Saturday and 8am-8pm on Sundays!

Plenty of electric supplies that I needed to finish my job today

We went to the store to pick up some shelving for our company. We were able to find what we needed but had have the additional products brought down for us by a generous young man named Sa’eed, please forgive me if I butchered his name. However, one of the shelving units was defective and upon bringing them back he immediately noticed us and helped us exchange it for another. I don’t know if he is in leadership or not but he definitely should be. He took the initiative and coordinated the services we needed both times making our experience very seamless. It looks like he’s relied on pretty heavily and I hope he’s being compensated and recognized for all he does. He is an invaluable asset to your company. Thank you Sa’eed and the rest of the staff that participated in helping us get what we need; you all are rock stars.

Sam G in the lumber department was super helpful and cheerful! He really went above and beyond in helping me load plywood in the back of my truck.

They always have what I need when I need it and it's quite often an urgent situation that I'm dealing with for my job. Very helpful employees never had any issues at this location and I have been shopping there for many years
