Starbucks

I have ordered the Salted Caramel Cold Foam Cold Brew from nearly all of the Boise and Meridian locations, yet this location knocks it out of the park every single time. I was on my way home today from a Meridian Starbucks location only to be disappointed yet again that after remaking my drink twice, the drink was STILL not what I wanted. I called the Lake Hazel location to see if they could remake it for me since they were closer to my home(which I expected to be a minor conflict since they weren’t the ones to screw it up in the first place), and they didn’t bat an eye. I brought the original drink with me to show them, and they even mentioned how the drink looked incorrect. Such a frustrating consistent issue at another location that was quickly recovered thanks to all of the staff members at this kiosk. This isn’t the first time I have had an amazing experience here! 🤩

I love walking into my local neighborhood Starbucks. They always greet me with my name and or a Hello. Drinks are amazing.

The people here were super nice and helpful! I ordered the ultra caramel grande frappe and it was exactly as advertised. The price was alright. My girlfriend was able to “try” and new vegan drink they had but ended up really not liking it so they gave her the option of just having them make her a new drink and that’s what we did. She ended up just getting a tall mocha but overall they were good people and made us feel cared about :)

I am very impressed with the staff at this location. They are friendly and always efficient with my orders. Today, I ordered a drink, and due to masks, they could not hear my order. When I realized the error I went back in immediately and they remade my drink with a smile and were not rude about the error. I will be back with a big tip next time!

Always had great customer service here. They were so fast and I liked that they would suggest items and make sure we got our drinks made right. I would go here instead of the other Starbucks close by

Jordan is absolutely amazing!! She made the best breakfast sandwich that I have ever had! The whole crew is friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!!

I visit almost daily and have never had a bad experience. The staff are amazing, friendly and fast.Bridget is extremely knowledgeable about all the drinks and all things Starbucks. Love this Starbucks!

Had amazing service during a rush hour lined was super long and the manager Sierra was killing it by keeping it moving i was dreading g the wait but before I knew it I had my drink and was happily on my way

They have the usual line-up of coffees and goods so no complaints there. Only downside is no drive thru because they're inside the grocery store, but that's normal.

I stop in multiple times a week on my way to work. Tina know's my order and is always friendly. All the employees are always very efficient with my order.

I found it was convenient to go Starbucks inside the grocery store I shop in. Not only that, but helps me get through my shopping much easier than if I hadn't had a Starbucks coffee.

what can I say about Starbucks excellent fantastic outstanding and delicious staff top notch top shelf go there at least 3 times a week

The Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino is SOOOO good, I would definitely recommend trying it. It is my current favorite 💕

Always a pleasant stop before getting groceries or visiting the library!
