Great selection of all sorts of plants and bushes in the garden section. The store is very clean and all the staff are super helpful and friendly. Definitely my goto place for anything home or garden related.

Had a great experience at the Lowe’s on Eagle Road after less than stellar experiences with the two on Overland in Boise and Meridian. I believe it was Scott who greeted me, walked me to the area I needed, grabbed a cart, and loaded me up. Very helpful. Thanks

Went into Lowe’s today to find a lighting solution for my patio. Ray helped me find a great solution at a reasonable price. I’ve worked with Ray several times and he’s always helpful and takes time to listen to my needs. At checkout, Corey was helpful and is always great to talk to. While traveling all over the valley trying to find a good tool belt, I found myself at the Meridian Lowes. I was dead set on good bags with suspenders, but there were no complete sets. Someone had taken the suspenders off a set and just bought the bags. There was a nice leather tool belt with d-rings but suspenders were not included. The person I happened to come across, was actually the manager. He came over and scanned the items to figure out what was suppose to go where on the shelf and came to the conclusion that it was just not a complete set. Knowing I wanted suspenders for the bags, and not having anything to scan on the loose suspenders. I asked if I could purchase them with the leather bags. He handed me the suspenders and kindly said "get yourself some new bags, man." I was able to purchase the bags and was gifted the suspenders to go with them. Every experience I have had in this store has been amazing and after today, I don't think I will be taking my business anywhere but this location. A small act of kindness from him made my day and reminded me why I will always call this place home!

Lowes always had what we need, and the app makes it even easier to find things in the store. Our most recent purchase was a wasp trap, and while that's not really a direct reflection of Lowes itself, the trap worked VERY well so they do carry useful products.

Halloween decorations in July was a little silly 😅

i used to go to this lowe's location regularly before i moved a few months ago. now i live much closer to the mall, so i recently tried home depot, as it is much closer. unfortunately, i had an extremely negative experience. upon revisiting this lowe's tonight, i truly feel like the distance to drive is worth it for the service i know i will receive. i'll be the first to admit that i am by no means an expert when it comes to home improvement, however, i do live alone and am often in a position where i need to do DIY work. the employees at this location have never once made me feel incompetent or silly for not being an expert, or for asking what probably sound like dumb questions to someone much more knowledgeable than myself. the staff here go above and beyond and i appreciate their work very much. special thank you to faith at the paint counter! she's a gem!

I had THE best experience this morning at Lowes Meridian! Caden assisted me at Check-out! Mercades assisted me with equipment! And my Guy Connor in paint is the Real MVP!

I talked with customer service about installation status and received great results from Lowe's customer service department. The person who called and connected me with the installation service place, you were great.

Lowes customer service was great. Folks had no issues stopping what they were doing to help guide us to the specific products we needed. It would have taken us forever! Store off Eagle, was clean, stocked and organizatized.

It's not like other big box retailers. Lowe's gives back directly to the communities they serve and that's important. Actually, that makes all the difference. I mean seriously...if a business entity is better suited donating money to one particular political party instead of giving back to the community...That business model doesn't balance with my own values.

Needed fuses for HVAC. Paul tested my old ones and helped me find a new set. Great service. Needed a faucet part today and was helped by an expert in aisle 16 :-)

The people at this Lowes are almost always very friendly and helpful. The selection is good and the store is clean. I love the later hours during prime DIY season!!!

I used to always go to Home Depot (just out of habit I guess) until I had to go to Lowe's for some reason and realised that they seem to have better prices on pretty much everything I've compared to Home Depot's price for the same thing. On that note, just to be fair, Home Depot does say they'll beat anyone's prices but who really has time for that...

I purchased a washer and dryer online with Lowe’s and this store location performed the delivery.

The delivery team was professional, quick and on-time. They installed the washer and dryer with no issues and tested both units after installation.

Can't live without Lowes, especially when it comes to plants! I find the employees to be helpful, knowledgeable and friendly!

Lowe's had everything I needed for my material board. I had help with cutting a shake siding piece and found everything I needed. The pieces allowed me to assemble a "lap" and "b&b" look.

Kelly was super helpful and made sure we had the most cost effective option. Thank you!
