Shari's Cafe and Pies

This place was great. Waitress was absolutely hammered! She even offered me to get all boozed up when she got off! I think it was contagious because I crashed my car on the way home. But that would not be the restaurants fault because I was driving the car. My turkey dinner was absolutely horrible but I didn't even care because the waitress was Crunk so there is not much else to expect! 10/10 experience would go there again if I didn't have 6 DUI charges.

Hands down best meal I've had in a long time. My waitress was on point. Very kind, sweet and all smiles. Sierra is very friendly, and helpful! Thank you Sierra for being so kind, friendly, and welcoming.. Definitely will be back!

Perfect! Exactly what I needed.
Dinner sized Fish n chips with an extra side of chips/fries.
Great, friendly service despite them being busy.

Shari's is my absolute favorite place to go. I've been to Shari's every year my entire life and I have so many good memories in Shari's restaurants. Everytime I walk through the doors I feel like I am home.

The people are so friendly here, almost like a family vibe. The food was great and the pies were even better! I love that it's within walking distance of our hotel. Will try to come back again before we leave.

Food was good, service was fast & friendly and our waitress had no problem bringing me ice for my water bottle

They served our family group (4 adults - 3 young children) in a very friendly and caring way. Given COVID-19 issues, they did a great job enforcing social distancing regulations in a happy and concerning manner. Cleaning appeared to done constantly.

Shari's is such a great place. Where I live there is no Shari's and I honestly wish there was. The food was, again, done just right. I have been to a few different restaurant locations yet when passing by the Meridian, Idaho store I always stop even if it's for a small snack or sweet treat. The menu has a variety of choices from which can satisfy any appetite or taste. I recommend the pies there so good and the price is worth every bite. The location is right off the I-84 freeway and you can get to it with ease. The staff is friendly and the service is always welcoming and appreciated. There's times I have went to simply hang out and sip on a drink for hours and not once felt like I was being rushed to leave or treated any different then when I walked in and was greeted with a smile. Natasha Allen, the assistant manager of this location, came by our table to check on us and immediately you could tell she genuinely cared for us as customer's and what we had to say. She is so full of life and has such a positive glow to her you instantly feel she is a friend you have known for ages. There needs to be more people like her. A supurb team leader who spreads love throughout the entire restaurant atmosphere. I always leave with a smile and look forward to the next time I have the chance to come back in.

We ordered breakfast items at dinner time. I picked my order up and took it home. The breakfast items were average (3-star). We also ordered pie, which was excellent (5-star). Our food was done on time and it was simple and quick to pick up.

I came here with my dad for lunch. I tried the hangover burger was pretty good! The egg/hashbrown combo was really good! Fries were nice and crispy. My dad got a skillet type thing he did ask for a flour tortilla but it came out pretty cold. But still good. Not any wait time and our server was really nice and kept checking in on us.

The pies are really good! Crystal is a great waitress, and was very kind and funny! Definetly family friendly.

So my waitress Allie was absolutely amazing. She and the cooks are the reasons I'm giving this good rating. If I was left with only the interaction with another waitress Michelle it would have been one star. Michelle was rude from the moment I walked through the door, and throughout my whole meal there. Would definitely recommend eating here but try not to get Michelle as the server.

Fun time with my family after the CWI graduation ceremony. My Duo sandwich & salad and pie were delicious.

Shari's is my fav place to eat in the PNW... Everything from T-Bone and eggs to burgers to salads and apparently they are famous for Pie...lol

Service was quick food was hot and fresh and it was a friendly atmosphere

Update: Super disappointed with our visit tonight. Service was not great (and they were not busy) and the food wasn't great. Hair in the food and issues with our bill, including getting over charged. Unfortunately, ee will not return to this location.

My family regularly visits this location. We always receive friendly service and the food is great! They are usually fairly busy but this never impacts the level of service we receive or the quality of the food. Nicole was our server yesterday and she was great. The teamwork we saw was phenomenal. Everyone playing their part to make a great experience for their customers.

Shari's is always and oldie but goodie. I go there because it's very nostalgic for me.

I know alot of people don't like Shari's but myself, I've always thought they were great. Meet some friends from Nampa, i hadn't seen in almost 20 years,while I was up in Meridian for a Dr's appt. Of course, we had alot to talk about, like the good ole days at Les Bois Park when we were racing horses there. So we were there for almost 2 and a half hours and NEVER ONCE felt rushed. The food was good as always and our waitress was awesome. She kept my coffee filled, their poop and tea filled, brought to go boxes and kept the dishes cleared off good without making us feel like she was rushing us to leave. As usual, great food, great atmosphere, and great service. I highly recommend this Shari's👍

Shari's has been a long time favorite. I'm a bit of a simple person so I don't venture out much. I get the bacon and eggs most days. Their gluten free pancakes are really good. The other favorite that my wife gets is the spring omelet or the build your own omelet. She suggests adding broccoli, if you are a fan of the veggie, she says you'll like it on the omelet.
