The people in the store were great. They were knowledgeable and experienced which enabled me to get my questions answered. Further, I was able to get my business taken care of quickly and accurately.

Moe, Rockie, and Sayma were all so helpful and knowledgeable. They explained all of our options and current promotions, replaced our screen protectors, and helped me shop for a watch. this is the only T mobile store I will go to.

They're amazing. Saved me money on my bill and got me some amazing deals. Go see them you will be happy that you did.

The crew here has always been great. They have a chemistry to them that is very welcoming. It’s a small store but very well kept. Always professional, always helpful. Michelle seems to be a great manager. She has always been good every time I need to upgrade for years. JD is a great guy and is just as awesome. When I need to handle phone business, this is where I go. No complaints.

JD & Michelle were the absolute best! They helped me so much today! They were so kind & attentive! Stopped in to get information about transferring a line to our family account. Josh helped us by explaining what are next steps needed to be with Sprint since the process couldn't be completed at the store. He was friendly and thoroughly answered all of our questions. Also changed sim card to T-Mobile.

Excellent service. Stephan was easy to work with, very informative and helpful. Before going into the store we planned on switching phone providers however the exceptional customer service is what ultimately made our decision to stay with Sprint. I would recommend this store to others for any of your needs.

Ramon was absolutely amazing. We were traveling and had an huge problem with my phone. We needed an urgent fix and he delivered. It would have been so easy for him to tell us that we had to get a new phone but he didn’t. Had a wonderful experience today, thanks to all the help from Michelle and JD! I was greeted warmly as soon as I walked in, then Michelle and I discussed my options for upgrading my iPhone 7. She was very clear and helpful with explaining all the fees and the small increase to my bill. I greatly appreciate both the professionalism and attention I received today. Thanks, guys!!

One of the better stores we have been to. The manager, Michelle helped us review our plan and saved us enough money to get 2 tablets with unlimited data for less than we were paying for data on our phones. Highly recommend them.

First, I would like to give a little back story here.....I was trying to port my number from a Sprint Bill to a T-Mobile Business Account, and everytime I explained I had a Leased Phone through Sprint I wanted to send back, what I needed don,n I had a and never in my life have I had so much difficulty doing something!!!! It took over a week and a half, over 15 phone calls to T-Mobile & Sprint

I highly recommend going to this sprint store for any of your needs. They will answer all of your questions and help you get the best deals that are possible. They explain everything to you as they do the process in front of you and make sure you understand what is happening and what they are doing. The people here are very friendly and I guarantee that they will greet you with a friendly smile. Every person that walked in while I was here was greeted right away, and they are quick with the process of what you are in the store for.

I typically hate Sprint and Sprint stores even though I have been a subscriber for 22 years. I spent a few hours with Sprint Tech Support today that I will never get back. They suggested I go to a Sprint Store to resolve my problem. I came to this store and like my past visits to Sprint Stores it was busy and I had to wait, but it was worth it. I ended up with JD who is now my hero. It took him less than five minutes to resolve today's issue that after hours tech support couldn't or wouldn't.
