Great Lakes Ace

Stopped in today looking for a Weber Grill. Not only did they have everything I was looking for, but they told me about a sale on one a different color, but a lot less. Everyone that worked there was incredibly helpful and amazingly kind. Just an incredible example of caring for the customer. Kudos !!!!

This location has a ton of Michigan gifts for family that has moved away or just people who love the Great Lake State!

Over the last weekend I needed a few items for replacing a sink adding a garbage disposal and dishwasher into the kitchen where there wasn't one before including all new PVC drains.

Helpful and knowledgable people, clean and well stocked, everyone there goes WAY above and beyond to help this old crippled guy.
Their employees know the inventory and what you need to complete your job and what they don't know, they'll find out.

These people are friendly and helpful. I almost always need help finding stuff, and they're ready and willing to help.

Their selection might not be as broad as the big box stores, but I like that I can be in and out in about the same amount of time it takes to navigate the big box parking lot.

I'm sure there's always something I should be buying here, but I can't remember what it is I need every time. This would be a great application for a virtual store in the metaverse; when I think of the item, I could plant a flag and pick it up when it's convenient.

I was on a mission to find an ant guard for our hummingbird feeder and thankfully they had them. Believe it or not, they have a pretty nice selection of various feeders, accessories and foods.

The store was neat and clean and the employees were all very helpful.

I have zero complaints. 🙂

The best hardware store in all of Clarkston. They always have everything I am looking for and the staff is always super friendly and helpful making sure I find everything i need while inside the store.

Many years of great service. Like all places it varies by day but I've never been disappointed by my service. They've taken returns and have helped me find exactly what I need.

Great place for quick needs. Whilst I may never buy a table saw here, they've definitely saved me more than once with any woodworking, gardening, painting, or emergency fixing I needed to get done! Best one stop shop for most household needs in town.

Good prices and amazing variety of merchandise. Store is clean and stock is well arranged and labeled. Staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. I have never walked into the store without staff offering to help me. I wish all stores would be managed as well as this one. I definitely recommend this store.

I visit this ace very frequently and it is great. All of the employees are very knowledgeable. From the normal questions about paint. Jill has more information then you asked for to help you feel confident in you paint projects. To Josh, when I bring in my custom one off projects. He has the solution I need to make the impossible, possible. Thanks guys

Wow! Can't believe the bad reviews! I go there often and have always had a great experience! They usually have what I need for my projects and are very willing to help me solve my problems. I am so thankful to have such a great hardware store so close to home!

The store is clean and very well stocked. The employees are very friendly and helpful! I left my phone in the store and all of the employees assisted me in finding lt. Thank goodness! I highly recommend this store for all your hardware needs.

I had a couple issues with my pick up orders. John was very helpful and pleasant. He made sure to get everything straightened out. Wonderful service.

This is the only establishment that i was greeted by almost every employee and i say almost because i dont know if someone was working in the back any employee that seen me greeted me and asked if i was being helped.. The associate Ryan moore was very helpful and went above and beyond to satisfaction on helping me get what i needed. Very friendly and very helpful.

It was excellent Great Lakes put on a small cookout but delicious to show you smoked turkey on a grill and there's cinnamon honey apples cooked on a grill were fantastic had a great time hope they keep doing this type of stuff and yes we bought a bunch of stuff I was what it was all about right

So much to see! Over 100,000 different items in every store. Great tips on home-works. Greeting cards $1 or 50cents.

These team members are incredible. Helped me tremendously when white lake was hit by the tornado July 24th and got me one of the last generators they had!
