Meghan is a kind, patient bright young woman skilled professional. I feel fortunate to be able to go to the Clarkston Verizon store and have her fix whatever issue I have with any of devices. She is not only interested in her customers she cares about them. Meghan solves my issues with a gentle reassuring voice and her skills. For an older person, like myself, technology is overwhelming. Meghan never makes me feel old, or foolish, but rather with a few strokes of her fingers fixes my problem and calms my anxiety. Meghan is a treasure and Verizon is fortunate to have her. Service was quick. They took the time to explain everything and to make sure my needs were met. Very professional store, no pressure sales. Asked me what I needed and offered solutions of what I wanted and needed.

We worked with Megan, she was awesome. We had 3 cellphones, accessories, and plans to upgrade. She walked us through everything, made sure we understood it all, answered all our questions. Megan was friendly, professional, able to mult-task, and efficient. Other customers came in and she worked with them as well while still working with us. We were so glad she helped us. Megan will be our go to person there. We'll be happy to see her due to her helpfulness and knowledge.

The customer service was outstanding. The technician that helped me was extremely accommodating and very polite. He transferred my info from my old Android to my new iPhone, which was extremely helpful. I have to say the iPhone 13 is much more enjoyable for me to use.

Joseph was amazing! He was extremely helpful, patient, knowledgeable and kind! He spent 2 hours with us to make sure that our transfers went smoothly. Mahim was such a great guy! He communicated often and went out of his way to make sure I got the absolute best deal. I left feeling confident about my new phone and was assured I could come back if I ever had any issues.

We worked with Mackanzie and he was awesome. We had ordered a phone online a few months ago and it was a disaster. There were still issues on our account that he noticed and got it fixed ASAP. I needed a new phone and he took the sting out of it by being so professional, personable, and quick. I also watched him help a disabled elderly man with kindness and fair.
Not sure the other employees name that was there. But he was great as well.

Although I've not been very pleased with the Verizon Company lately and have been seriously considering changing providers, I am so pleased with Joseph at this store. He is friendly, knowledgeable, honest and a lovely human being in general. He took the time (on 3 separate occasions) to get our phones working and he even called customer service for us, after a customer service representative told me to "quit calling or it keeps resetting the work order". Our phones have not been working for a week now and even though I called last week with these issues, when Joseph was thoughtful enough to ask for a bill credit, he was told to have us call back when they were working again. I would think that a company as large as Verizon would care at least as much as Joseph does about their clients. In my opinion, Joseph deserves a raise because he's the reason Verizon hasn't already lost us.

The young man that helped me was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant. I’m not from the area so I was reluctant to visit this store but I’m so happy I did. I will now drive 20 miles for this customer service!

Went it to switch my service from a different carrier. Mackenzie helped me get the best promotions for my situation. He was very kind, knowledgeable, patient and helpful! Got me exactly what I wanted and did not try to push anything extra on me that wasn’t needed. Great customer service.
