Buddy's Pizza

Nice to see a Buddy's Detroit style deep dish in the area. Can't go wrong with a 4 square and an individual size antipasto salad to have a quick and easy dinner for two. The individual size salad is more than enough for a couple of adults to go with a 4 square pizza.

Just wish they would bring the chicken tenders to this takeout location, it is an appetizer we order all the time at the other sit down locations.

Our family has been eating Buddy's Pizza for decades and we have tried most of the locations (Dearborn, Ann Arbor, Livonia, Farmington Hills, Bloomfield, etc.) We were happy to hear that one was coming to Clarkston but a little concerned with some of the early negative reviews. Today for fathers day we decided to give the Clarkston location a try. Our Detroit Public Television and Hawaiian pizza (two family favorites) were as good as any Buddy's pizza I have had through the years! Loaded with toppings and the sauce was perfect. Our Antipasto salad was also chock-full of meat and cheese and the dressing was great. They are pretty busy today and the order was ready at the promised time (within a 1/2 hour.) Glad there is an excellent Buddy's location in our town now!

My food from this Buddy's location tastes great as it does at every location. The Detroiter w/antipasto salad is my regular. Ordered through a delivery food app each time and there were no issues. Not cheap, but it's delivery.

Happy to say that I have visited this establishment many times since my last review. My salads have come out correctly every single time. I even took it as far as to get an order for a pizza for delivery tonight and it was still piping Hot and absolutely perfect! I will also update to say that all the times I come in during the week to pick up my crazy with modification salad. All the employees are very kind and nice.

Second day in a row getting a carry out and second day it’s been wrong. I did call today and they’re refunding todays order. As long as they do, I’ll give them another chance

I've been to this location a few times and it's always been good. I messed up my own pizza order last time and it still came out tasty lol, thank you buddy's!

The lanky kid behind the counter was awesome, pretty sure the manager is his dad. All around, great experience!

Delicious pizza! We ate at the original store the day before and we noticed that this location puts more sauce and less seasoning on the Detroiter. The crust was also not as crisp. The pizza was delicious at both locations just different

I love the fact that we have a detroit original in clarkston. My family and I tried a little of everything and it did not disappoint! The meatballs were amazing, the pizza is always on point, especially the crust. The salad and bread are the best. Just can't rave enough about this location, if you haven't tried it yet, do yourself a favor and call them.

This was our first pizza from this location. The toppings were incredibly skimpy and our crust was burnt in places which made the whole pizza taste burnt. We had a large with 4 toppings $26. We will drive to the Squirrel road location next time. Our order was July 23,2022. We also contacted corporate and hope to be compensated. I had a phone call just 4 days after this review with an explanation and an apology. This is why Buddy’s Pizza is so good. They have professional corporate employees who keep the quality of the product above par with following up and fixing any problems.

We ordered catering for my sons grad party. I was extremely happy with the order. We asked for one special request and it was honored. The delivery was prompt and well packed and packaged. We will most definitely use the catering again. The prices are also extremely reasonable!!! Thank you!!

Excellent food! The manager was so cool and gave us an amazing experience.

We love Buddy’s Pizza. The pizza and Caesar salad at this location is the same excellent quality we expect from other locations, and the “Buddy bread” was even better than we’ve had at other Buddy’s locations. Wonderful carry-out experience!

I was leery to order because of the reviews but we were craving Buddy’s and this location is the closest. I grew up on the original Buddy’s pizza and I’m happy to say Clarkston’s was just as delicious. I ordered through the app ahead of time and my order was ready and perfect.

Ordered multiple pizzas and salad for a large gathering. The food was a huge hit, everything was ready on time and packaged well. Would not hesitate to use them again, great experience

Ordered several pizzas and bread online for takeout. Upon arrival was greeted and asked to verify order for accuracy. It was ready on time and tasted great, just as we have experienced at other Buddy’s locations.

We've loved Buddy's Pizza for many years and are really excited to have them closer. We had our first one from the Clarkston store yesterday and it was just as good as we'd hoped. Will be going there again!
