AT&T Store

The store was a delight to walk into after two previous carrier options. They had beautiful displays and plenty of seating options.

However, the physical set up was just the beginning of an incredible service experience. The men of this store are courteous, friendly and genuine. They are trying to HELP you in addition to get to know you. At one point I wondered if I was in an AT&T store or a dive bar because the conversation was just so great. I’m thrilled that they were able to help me find an affordable plan while also taking in my trade in phone that was physically damaged. If you’re considering switching to AT&T I’d highly recommend! Thank you again to Seth and Lance (and the new guy that I forgot the name of)!☺

I’ve been to several local att locations over the 18 years with them, and am never really 100% satisfied with the customer service I receive. However one stop in this location and working with Lance and Seth, I’ll never go to another location again. They’re thorough, very knowledgeable in every area, and go above and beyond for their customers. I cannot thank them enough. I’m writing this today, because I happened to be in another area yesterday and needed to stop in a store and was immediately reminded why I need to just wait and see Seth or Lance at the Sashabaw location in Clarkston.

Seth was excellent with assisting me with my issue. I wish that there were thousands of people like him who are kind, patient, and understanding with customers. He deserves a raise as there aren’t many people in the customer service area today.

Seth provide great assistance with both new product and explaining the plans available. Will definitely look for Seth on our next visit.

I had a great experience upgrading my phone at this location! I have upgraded several times throughout my many years with AT&T and this was by far my best customer service experience. Mack was awesome and really helpful, as well as the store manager Lance. Both very friendly and easy to talk to. Thanks for making my trip easy, guys!

Aaron, Nathan and Lance were totally awesome in helping me upgrade my daughter’s and my phones at the most cost effective prices. They listened closely to all of our concerns, walked through every step with detail, were time efficient, and very kind and courteous throughout the process! We are very grateful and would use their store again!

We purchased a new phone today with Seth and he was excellent. He was respectful, patient and very thorough. He answered all our questions with a smile. We will stay with AT&T as long as there are employees like Seth. From 1-10, we give him a 10+.

I decided to switch our phone service over from Xfinity to AT&T Mobile based on the exception information provided by the stores employee, Carter Hutchinson. Carter was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the AT& T products and services. He knew I had a busy afternoon and really did a great job expediting the process. He was courteous, friendly, and very professional. Would highly recommend this store.

I recently went back to the more expensive AT&T because the old saying is true, you get what you pay for. I ran into a pretty big problem, the E-Sim would not load, neither would a physical SIM card. I was on the phone for a total of 3 hours trying to get it fixed to no avail. This morning I went to this store and met their employee, Carter Hutchinson. Although he’s young, he was outstanding and had it fixed within minutes. I highly recommend this store and especially Carter!!!

Got the help I needed from Patrick and Lance, you need more people like them in your stores!

AT&T on sashabaw is phenomenal. The staff had great patience, and will find a ton of ways to save you money. I had Gustavo and Tia help me out today. They both did great. I would recommend this store to anyone.

Jessica was absolutely awesome - she is very knowledgeable of the product, current promotions, as well technical expertise. We also worked with Deidre, new employee in training. She was very friendly with excellent customer service skills. Both ladies made my trip to buy a new phone absolutely painless

When i arrived at the store i was pleasantly greeted by Lance and Morgan.
Both were helpful and kind.
Not pushy in any way, i had let them know what i wanted in the beginning and they stuck to it.
A lot of these stores make you feel like you are being told what you need, like a car dealer. Not them.
They were prompt with there service and i will recommend people to go to there store.
