Out of the Box

I LOVE Out of the Box! I’m notorious for last minute gift needs and this shop always has great ideas, is known for personalizing gifts with beautiful monogramming, and continues to come to my rescue with unique, affordable specialty items. The staff and owners are what really make the icing on this shop though. Today I brought my adult son, who has autism, to Out of the Box, to pick up some personalized birthday gifts for him, and we were greeted with such enormous kindness. The owner even gave my son a bag of gummy bears for his birthday, and he left with a great big smile on his face. This was a shopping experience worthy of a shout out because the owner and staff do such an outstanding job of getting to know their customers and taking the time to talk with them and make them feel special. I highly recommend Out of the Box and give yourself enough time while visiting, because there’s a lot to see!

Best in town - great gifts and small items in shop - they specialize in monograms and embroidery and they can do ANYTHING from towels to a cutting board. Been coming here for years and won’t stop. Perfect gifts.

Unique gifts and great service. I was looking for a gift box and found a great resource for finding wonderful personalized presents for nearly any occasion.

Went in to buy a couple of gifts. Was never greeted. There was a young man behind the counter looking at his phone and an older lady in the back talking with a customer. By the time I got to the counter to buy my items the young man was gone and the female employee was still talking. She and the other customer came to the counter. The employee never acknowledged me or asked if I needed assistance. Completely ignored me. This is the 2nd time this has happened. The store is a complete mess. I will never shop here again and will gladly take my business to the Mongram Shop.
