Words can't describe just how grateful I am to have found AQ Jewelers, I would give them 10 stars if I could! While I was cleaning my wedding band (in preparation for my wedding in Bali the day before my flight), one of my diamonds fell out and I was in a panic trying to contact every local jeweler that I could find to fix my wedding band that same afternoon. When I called the store, Andrew immediately picked up and was able to schedule me in on the same day. After getting there, his mom, the Jewelry Expert, immediately repaired the missing diamond back on the wedding band. She even performed another inspection of the fixed wedding band to make sure everything was good, but she found that EVERY SINGLE one of the little diamonds were loose! Thankfully, she told me that it would be no problem to tighten all the other small diamonds and was able to get it done then and there. Needless to say, my wedding band looked absolutely gorgeous and I was able to wear it for my wedding. Thank you AQ Jewelers!

Stephanie has a very hospitable personality, and makes sure you find exactly what you are looking for, down to the finest detail.

She was able to help my vision of a custom designed ring come true from some rough sketches and photographs of the inspiration for each detail. The 3-D renderings were exactly what I was picturing in my head, and she was even able to tweak it to my liking.

She also got me the accent stones, and included them in the quoted price, so I didn't have to worry about stone shopping beyond the center diamond.

This process was quick, and in line with the time-frames other big jewelers quoted me, but Stephanie even managed to get me my ring nearly a month sooner than she originally quoted me.

They also work closely for the stone selection, using their own vendor sources. These are some of the same vendors that the big brand jewelers use, including the online titans, which you will be able to verify on your own by comparing the GIA sheets they provide.

Not only can they find the exact diamond you're looking for, you'll also be spared any mark-ups these other jewelers include. I can honestly say that Stephanie found me the perfect diamond that matched all of the category marks, for a good $2000 cheaper than what I could find on my own.

Stephanie is very open during this process, showing you the GIA sheets, similar diamonds, and samples that she has on-hand so you can see how it looks to the naked eye. She also has you come in for final approval of the diamond once its in their possession.

All of this was for a very affordable price. Truth be told, my final price was equal to what Mervis quoted me for just the band! Add in their high mark-ups on diamonds and I would have been looking at probably triple of my cost with AQ Jewelers.

I highly recommend AQ Jewelers to anyone looking for custom pieces, or gem stone shopping for upgrades. The family staff are all very kind, and Stephanie does an amazing job as the front face of their store.

Stephanie makes my ring size larger and fit so well. Results of ring size adjustment express her expertises and her professional skills. Price is affordable and reasonable. I highly recommend AQ Jewelers. Do not go anywhere else. My entire experience from designing my custom engagement ring to setting the diamonds in the ring exceeded my expectations. I went to three other jewelers, and they did not provide the customer care, and diligence like AQ Jewelers. AQ Jewelers made me feel comfortable making a big purchase, helped me make decisions, and were very patient and thorough. I loved how Stephanie was the person who helped me design the ring, sourced the diamond, and set the diamonds. There is no other place that will have the same person do all three of those things. The ring she created was astonishing and my fiancé, family, and friends, loved it. I cannot wait to go back for future purchases.

Highly recommend. I needed my engagement ring resized and they did a fantastic job. I then needed some of my mom’s jewelry to be polished and they went over and beyond. They detangled a very fine necklace chain that had knots free of charge. When I came to pick up my mom’s jewelry they packaged each jewelry piece individually since they knew she was flying out of state for a wedding where she intended to use the jewelry at. They show a lot of care in what they do. This will be my go-to jewelry store.

I found this jeweler by accident. I was on my way to a vet appointment and then planned to go into Leesburg to have a diamond reset. I noticed AQ in the same shopping center as my vet and stopped in on a whim. I’m glad I did. They did a beautiful job, had it ready on the promised day and the price was right too. The owner spent a great deal of time showing me the unique features of my diamond under high magnification so that I would be comfortable leaving it there. When I picked it up she again put it under magnification so that I could be sure it was the same diamond I dropped off. I was so pleased that I came back again and had my father’s gold signet ring resized for my son. Another beautiful job! I would highly recommend AQ for quality, care and value.
