Chick-fil-A

Chick fil an offers delicious food and great service. This time we were there for a school apricot night. It’s so wonderful and appreciated how they offer support to our local schools!

Daughter and I went for lunch on Sunday. Very busy but the line was moving smoothly. Cashier got the order for 4 sandwiches correct the first time. You could tell he had good listening skills. It only took 2 minutes to hand it off to me. It was carry out and still warm when got home. That spicy Delux is my favorite.

Consistently excellent at everything. Not the closest one to my house but I’ll still go here because it’s superior to the Dulles town center location.

I don't know what lies other people on here are saying about this place. They must work for other fast food chains and are trying to smear the name of this establishment. Chick-fil-A has always been a great experience. They go beyond what they should to provide excellent service and food. Everything is always clean. The food is fresh and amazing. The workers walk around asking if you need a refill or if they can take your tray. They even have fresh flowers on every table daily. And it is always their pleasure to serve you. And let's not forget about the free WiFi and children's play place in every restaurant. Thank you. I love this chain.

They messed up my order and personally came to my house on foot to deliver it. They must have run too because it took less time than it took for me to drive. Truly remarkable customer service. This is the Chick-fil-A way

I ordered a Large Kale Crunch side. Order Number 6610047 at 9/3/2022 at 11:16:39 AM. I think they put half of a small in the large container. That is ridiculous.

Update: I called and they made it more that better. They care when they make a mistake. Just check your order before you leave the drive through.

It is Always pleasant to visit and buy food here (or at any Chick-fil-A for that matter) because they always smile and treat you like Royalty. Which makes a huge difference when compared to other fast food "joints" not only because of their Amazing food but also because of their Outstanding Customer Service!

Great organization. Unlike other corporations, They understand that Sunday should be a day off Which demonstrates their lack of greed. Their employees seem to be happy. Maybe Walmart and some of these other corporations should take notice and learn from the people at Chick-fil-A.

It's Chick-Fil-A they are bar none the best fast food chicken, there really isnt anything more to add. If you dont know how chick fil a is, i strongly encourage you to go eat there, they are all equally amazing and fast.

the girl at the drive thru named SHEA was literally so lovely and sweet. i came late in the evening about 10mins before close and she offered me some soup and mac and cheese since they had extra from the day. she also complimented me and had a little chat with me about the seasonal drink i ordered. the small things really go a long way and this made my night. thanks shea and thank you CFA.

Great service and speed at the drive through, and the food is always delicious. Never had a bad experience at Chick-fil-a. The nuggets were perfect for a road snack.

I go there every morning. The people that work there are very friendly and they always get it right. They go out of their way to make you feel appreciated.
