My online order for deck resurfacing project had multiple issues - missing, damaged and incorrect items. However, assistant store ops manager Felipe Castaneda addressed and resolved issues quickly and correctly to my satisfaction. It shows how committed they are to make good for total customer satisfaction. Thanks again for Felipe and everyone else involved in handling of my orders & issues!

Hands down best experience at the Ashburn Home Depot solely due to the dedication and expert customer service from the Manager Philip and Omar!!! They went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get the product I needed and into my car. Thank you guys you are fantastic!!

Well stocked Home Depot, but the primary reason I wanted to write this review was to recommend and thank the sales associate - William. He was extremely helpful and guided us towards all the right directions. Especially being amateur at home and handy work, He truly was descriptive and detailed in his explanation. Thank you!

I cannot say enough good things about this location. Samira and Fatou at the customer service desk were so helpful and patient. They really tried to move mountains to get me what I needed. Alex, the store manager, helped me load an entire six piece patio set into my SUV— even going as far as breaking down boxes to make it all fit. When I had to come back to the store due to pieces left behind, he even offered a coupon and was waiting AT THE DOOR to give me my items. The customer service I received today was above and beyond. I have never had a shopping experience like this and you can bet you bottom dollar I’ll be back!

I came in to Home Depot today and was browsing, the employee Qusay who goes by Q approached me and ask if I needed any help. He was extremely helpful and helped locate the item I was looking for. I really appreciate this great service at Home Depot!

Stopped at the Ashburn Home Depot today and was truly amazed. The store was spotless clean, well stocked and organized, And customer services was world class - unbelievable like you experience in Dubai or Singapore, or resorts in Thailand. Truly friendly, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and intelligent store associates - throughout the entire store. I was shocked because I usually go to the Rhode Island Avenue Home Depot store in DC near me. I'll just say that the Ashburn store was a completely different experience.

A HUGE thank you to Jen!! I needed a paint match after a command strip ripped off my wall paint and drywall 🙄 She was super friendly and very helpful. She knew exactly what I needed and I was out within 10 minutes. Jen, you rock!!

Store is staffed well. Went in to exchange furnace filter (accidentally grabbed wrong one) and was able to get store credit without receipt. There was a Home Depot coupon printed on filter so it was obviously purchased there but never the less, the lady at checkout was very friendly. Needed assistance finding something else and was directed right there. Overall a great experience.

Would recommend this location any day!!! My husband and I had several issues ordering a grill online and having it delivered in one piece. In fact after 3 different times sending the grill back due to it being delivered damaged we went into the location to see what our next choices were. John, the manager willingly heard our issues we had had and was readily able to give us options to fix the issue. He was kind and you could tell not only did he want to solve the problem but he wanted to make sure the solution also made the customer happy. We are thankful for his time and effort and now having a beautiful grill to enjoy!! Thank you John!! Highly recommend this location!
