I came in at 7:50 on a Saturday and Oscar helped me so fast and efficiently! He had great customer service. He knew how to help when I wasn’t even sure what I needed and how to get it fixed! Thank goodness for Oscar!

Oscar was our hero today! Helped us fix our phone issue we had been having for a week with tech support on the phone! I’ve been with tmobile for 12 years and Oscar is the best dude I’ve run into both times I’ve walked in.

I’ve been seen by Oscar both times I’ve come to this store and it was truly the fastest easiest experience I’ve ever had with cell phone service. He’s a great customer service candidate and even better ethical worker.

Spoke with Elaine today. I had numerous items on a new bill that I did not know about and one I did. Elaine straightened out all of my issues like I was her only customer. I enjoyed how she handled everything and explained every detail !!! I would have dumped T-Mobile if it were not for her. I'm a new customer and I should be aware of what I was getting on my bill !!! Kudos to Elaine, my super hero

My TMobile experience was awesome! I was changing service from another company. Jeremy Figoten was the best! - so friendly, helpful, patient and answered all my questions so that I could understand. I would highly recommend using TMobile!!!

Today I went in to get my phone switched over from another network and get a new phone. Long story short, since I was switching from a business account and my work is the primary on the account, it was a hot mess trying to switch over. However, Oscar was so patient and helped me jump through several obstacles along the way to make it happen. The manager, Erison was also a huge help. They were both great to work with and went above and beyond with their customer service! 10/10 recommend

Will has amazing. His customer service was superb. He answered all my questions and was even willing to help here on after. We were offered lattes by the manager Jonathan which is very rare. I’ll definitely be visiting this T-Mobile location from here on out for all my service needs.

The best experience I've ever had a T-Mobile store. After spending six hours with customer service the previous night with no avail to my problem, I got my problem solved in half hour with Mr Franklin at the 1160 Gulf to Bay location. He understood my situation immediately and resolved my issue without any hiccups. He was very knowledgeable and great at what he does. Thanks Franklin. Great to be back with T-Mobile.

Oscar restored our happiness today! Lost our phone on vaca. He was able to get us a new phone and on our way in under 1 hour. Excellent customer service with a smile. Thank you Big O for turning a very stressful situation into no big deal.

Me & my husband came in tonight & we have been with T-Mobile for years & will never even consider switching. Cody helped us out today & out of all the years of going into stores for help, 10/10 he was the most helpful, friendly & all around best employee that I’ve ever met in a T-Mobile store. He helped us with our upgrades & such & we left with a new phone & watch! If I could rate more than 5 stars I definitely would ! I definitely recommend asking for Cody if you go into this store & he’s working

Oscar is amazing Soon as I walk through the door was in there no longer than 10 minutes and got everything situated a line turned back on my phone and a screensaver put on my friends phone

This store has the best customer services hands down. I upgraded my phone and internet. My sales Guy Jairo explained my choice and let me decide , did not force me to do or that. I even came back the next to complete my internet service. EJ & Mo were absolutely amazing . All 3 of them gave me top Tier service. This is why I've been with TM for 20+ yrs. If you want great service from start to finish please come to this location. I promise you will not be disappointed. They deserve 10 stars

This is by far the best T-Mobile store I have ever been at. I came in yesterday and they had a customer appreciation event, with food and a lot of stuff for my kids to enjoy. It seems they are under new management, and I see new faces which makes sense by the new energy and attention to their customers. JV is amazing, and Ken was awesome as well. Everything was amazing! Nice job T-Mobile!

Was visiting from Canada and after I purchased a new SIM card I’ve experienced some issues with my phone. I was sincerely impressed haw patient and courteous was the gentlemen who helped me (I went three times). I’m recommending this location and the people working there for their professionalism and courteous service.

I cannot say enough about Erison Betances- the Retail Store Manager at the Clearwater Mall location! He walked me through every step of the replacement, and took great measures to make sure I didn't lock myself out of my accounts.
Such a kind and delightful person- and as the iCloud downloaded on the new phone- he even gave me a list of movies he wishes he could watch again for the first time!
Wish I had the names of his higher ups so I could sing his praises. Made what could have been a stressful experience into an enjoyable one.

I switched for 2 reasons. First: Absolutely fantastic service and care shown by Sean R. who was my mobile expert at this T-Mobile store. He secured the devices I wanted, which I know was a very big deal in the holiday season. Frankly, I wouldn't have bothered bringing 6 new lines into T-Mo without Sean's help. Secondly, the T-Mo 5G network. It's a game-changer. Thank You, Sean!!
