While waiting for somebody to cut glass sweet Cathy came by and noticed us by the machine. Even thought somebody had already called for the glass cutter who was diligently helping another customer she still went out of her way to make sure we were in the que. The gentleman who cut the glass for us, Michael was about as friendly and easy to talk to as they come. Aside from both of them just being great humans, they made our experience great and made sure we got what we neeeded.

This rating is for the garden section since I only shopped there. A wide beautiful selection of flowers available. Went in to get some soil and bricks and there were plenty of options to choose from. Customer service was also prompt. Will visit again.

My wife and I were just at this Lowe's on Gulf to Bay several days ago. We walked back towards the pluming area looking for a toilet seat. As we were headed into the plumbing area a young man that obviously worked that department asked if he could be of help. Has that ever happened to you in Lowe's before? We told him what we were looking for and he escorted back to the toilet seats. We told him the exact one we wanted and neither him nor myself could find it. He said if we have a minute he would be happy to look it up and see what stores have it in stock. When he pulled it up it showed this store had it. He apoligized for over looking it and said he would go get it and be right back.
His name was Brian. He has to be the most curteous and service minded individual I have ever run into in a Lowe's or any other home imporvement store for that matter. Thank you Brain and you have earned my business.

Great store and staff. Always a pleasure going here. Staff say hi, help you when needed. You don't even have to ask most of the time, they will ask you if you need help when looking for something. Yesterday I saw the store in action as they were preparing supplies for the hurricane. They all were working so hard. One employee started singing while they worked it brought a smile to my face. A good tip for customers: use the Lowe's app to find products as it tells you the aisle and bay location making it a quicker visit instead of walking the entire store. Saves so much time if you are in a hurry.

This has to be one of the best Lowe's to work in. Every staff member was knowledgeable about the product and placement of the products. They were more than willing to help you out and show you around. Very professional service.

I always keep meaning to put a good review about this Lowe's, I have finally got around to it now. I go here often and it's always a great experience.

I always went to home depot. No longer!!!. I didn't want to leave the garden center. So much variety, prices good. Same for the rest of the store. I have been a home depot loyal customer for 25 years. I am now a loyal customer of Lowes. P.S. customer service great.

The store is very clean and well staffed. The staff is very helpful and always available whenever I need them.

Had a great visit last night.
We went late to the garden center for some decorative landscape rocks.
Mitch was working in the garden center stocking all the mulch and dirt.
He helped us figure out how much rock we needed, loaded it in a cart, took the cart to the checkout (in the store) rang it up, and then loaded the rock in our truck!!!
We have never had such great service. Thank you, Mitch, you go above and beyond.

The employees were very helpful. We had a free gift with purchase that was confusing but the Customer Service person figured it out.

I ordered shower doors from Lowes in Clearwater recently. Mike in the plumbing/shower door department was SO helpful. He helped me pick the best showers for my budget and my ideas for the bathroom. He also called me throughout the process to give me updates about shipping and arrival of my shower doors. I was so appreciative of his time and service!

Lamar was my install guy - he rocked too! Super friendly, careful and efficient. Everyone did a great job and my showers look pristine!

Drove from Lutz to Clearwater to find a couple of bathroom faucets. We checked on line and you showed 3 in stock. To my surprise there were 3. Outstanding.

Such a great selection of options at this location. Was looking at bathroom vanities, kitchen sinks, tiles, and gardening section at this visit. Really love their huge plant/garden center. Great variety to choose from.

Extensive garden selection. Many different plants such as banana trees and many varieties of palm trees to shop and browse through. The cheap cow manure at Lowe’s is almost $3 as of 2021 compared to $1.89 at Home Depot. Something to consider when shopping around and if they are close together!

Pre-ordered large amount of topsoil and pine bark bags. Pick up was seamless, and enough personnel to help load.

My boyfriend and I have multiple projects that we’ve been working on and Phil has helped us on several occasions. He goes so far above and beyond what I would consider good customer service. He is incredibly knowledgeable and goes out of his way to make sure that my projects are set up for success. There’s other home improvement stores closer to us but we go out of our way to this location when we need anything more than a few screws because the all the staff is always so friendly and helpful!

Bryan is amazing! He took the time to listen and helped me find exactly what I needed to fix my sink. Great customer service, definitely will be back.

Maria assisted me in tracking down my pick up order very quickly. She pulled the large sheets of plywood I needed immediately and had everything else ready to go for me when I arrived. She always takes great care of me every time I come in with a large order to pick up. This store is efficient and truly cares about its customers. Keep up the great work Lowes!

Needed to have some keys made and also picked up some plumbing supplies for a DIY repair. Got everything I needed and was in and out in out in no time.
