Rooms To Go

I recently purchased my living room set from the rooms to go in Clearwater. My sales rep Steve Beasley was fantastic! It took 3 trips in , I was unclear and went back and forth between a couple different living room choices for a couple hours before deciding. He was patient and kind and made the whole experience fun! He also help me chose a beautiful rug. My place looks awesome. Thank you Steve! I’ll be back:)

Amy was fantastic! Such a pleasure to work with. She helped us quickly and effectively to get the exact living room set we wanted. I especially enjoyed her approach. I'm not a fan of the pushy sales people who will try any tactics to make a sale. She was helpful, knowledgeable and I left extremely satisfied and will continue to work with her in the future. Overall I'm extremely happy with our purchase and experience yesterday ☺

Great store and James is the bomb! He allowed me to look around the store and sit in all the chairs. He explained the pricing and colors available. He also explained the difference between the different heights of tables and where to see if available is each size. I was always afraid of Rooms to Go but James turned me around. I’ll be back when I need other furniture. My new chairs.

Dawn was Awesome, didnt crowd me, but was available to help me when I needed it.
Had great advice to offer and was much appreciated. This is why Rooms 2 Go is my furniture store.

Steve Beasley is THE BEST salesperson! We found a living room set we loved but it was a bit more than we wanted to spend. Steve took our number and the minute it went on sale contacted us. We ran right over and got the set we loved at the price we were looking to pay. Thanks Steve!!

My salesman Perry was terrific. We CC purchased the ottoman we were interested in under 5 minutes. Very pleased. Keep up the good work Perry.

Carey greeted us immediately when we got there. We were offered to shop together with her or alone which was very nice. We were looking for something specific and asked her to help us through the big beautiful new store. She was helpful and gave us time to make our decision and was very patient while we looked at everything. The purchasing process was quick and easy and we were notified of delivery dates. Great experience and good pricing compared with other retailers in the area.

Ken was very helpful and a pleasure to do business with. He explained all the options for financing and the different features of the 2 sets we were looking at.

We came to rooms to go with the intent on one item but the non pressured professional sales person "Larry" was the best. He let us make the decision with all the great information he gave us. Larry was knowledgeable, personal and the sales experience was relaxed and actually pleasurable. Thank you and can not wait to send him our new pool area and patio furniture!! Brian and Tina

Ken was wonderful! He was so patient with us and took us throughout the store for a long time while we tried to make up our mind. What a wonderful employee! We will definitely return.

We came to Rooms to go and was greeted by Amy. She was wonderful!!! She was very patient and knew exactly what I was looking for. It felt like we had known each other before we met. She was super friendly and it was such an easy experience. I would strongly recommend you seeing her if you are in need of buying anything.

Walked in with my family just to look around for a couch without thinking we’d leave with anything. Heather had welcomed us in and checked up on us plenty of times as we browsed around. She also answered all our questions and helped us greatly when it came down to explaining the prices and what came with what price. We actually ended up leaving with a beautiful sofa that would be delivered to us in two weeks. She made it an extremely pleasant experience and we’re very happy she helped us with buying the sofa! Erik greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked into the couch section of the store. He was patient and allowed me to ask questions. I had an idea of the type of color and couch I wanted. Erik wasn’t pushy one bit. Fred was also very friendly and helpful. I’m excited for my new sectional in my new home. Thanks!

I live in the Tampa area and have been looking for a dual power reclining sofa in fabric (not leather) which has not been easy. Ethan was great in helping me choose the perfect sofa with all the features I was looking for. He was knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. We had a very pleasant experience at the Rooms To Go Clearwater store. We were greeted with a friendly welcome and a great smile from Amy when we walked in the door. She asked us what we were looking for and led us to that section. From there Amy was available to answer any questions we had, but never made us feel pressured. In the end, Rooms To Go did not have what we were looking for which made us sorry to not buy something from Amy. Amy has a great personality for this job and is a real asset to this company. Purchased a living room set today which included a sofa, love seat, and recliner. The quality and price of the furniture was very good. Ken, the salesperson, was helpful and knew everything about the product lines which his company carried. I will be back to visit Ken soon for a kitchen set.

We had excellent service from, Erik Bolger. He was extremely knowledgeable & professional. He was able to explain & answer all of our questions. Erik listened to us as to what we were looking for & wanted to be sure we were able to make the right decision on our purchase. He made our RTG experience very pleasant. Larry was our great sales person again. Purchased an outdoor furniture set prior. Easy to do business. Explains everything well. Today we purchased the outdoor fire pit. Again explained how this one fit best with our outdoor furniture. If you need outdoor furniture ask for Larry.

Steve was so helpful, I can’t say enough! I sent pictures of what I was looking for and he sent me pictures back. We walked in the store he took us right to what we were looking for and also showed us other options. He was great with detail and very pleasant. I will be back and working with Steve!
