PetSmart dog training with Alexis has been amazing! My pup's name is Oreo, and she has officially graduated from the puppy class and is currently attending intermediate training. She has learned a lot of new commands and has become more comfortable in an environment with new people and dogs. It has helped her anxiety, her self-confidence, and her obedience. I admire Alexis' patience and her ability to work with the dogs, as well as the owners, so that we learn how to reinforce the training at home. I’ve had Alexis, the dog Trainor all 3 classes. She is amazing. So nice, bubbly and fun to train with my dog. Her training classes have helped my dog tremendously. If I could give her 10 stars I would! She’s patient, and knows All the tricks with Al breed of dogs! She’s really knowledgeable about tips and tricks to help. If you’re debating on training all doubts are out the window! I have full trust and confidence in her and my future animals.

I brought my pomeranian Bella in for a haircut and wash. Everyone was nice and helpful. I felt very welcomed. Haircut came out great. I look forward to bringing Bella back. Thank you!

We start going here because we enrolled our dog in the puppy class but our original trainer quit during the middle of the course, so we were left with bare minimum knowledge on how to train our blue heeler. My husband and I never had a dog and we weren’t sure how to train him properly. We waited for a new trainer to come on-board and that is when we meet Alexis. After our first time class we instantly saw a difference in her training tactics, explanation and reasoning of why to train using particular methods. We saw how passionate she is about being a trainer, and if she wasn’t sure about something we asked, the following week she would tell us about the research she found. We took all 3 class programs with her, our dog has a great relationship with Alexis. Every time we go in to buy something with Axel, he gets super excited because he wants to see Alexis. She also took the time to give us advice on how to introduce Axel to our newborn. Her training helped us in so my ways and we are extremely grateful to have meet her. Alexis is sweet, bubbly and we always had a great time with her lesson plan. I highly recommend her, if you are looking for a great trainer.

Eevie was treated with such loving care and her groom was perfect. She was happy and calm when we picked her up. Lashawn did a great job!

My trip to Petsmart in Trinity was so exhausting I drove to Petsmart in Clearwater all I can say is AWESOME SERVICE!!!
Was greeted when walking in the front doors they exchanged my halters with a smile and helped me find new ones. I brought my daughter and husband with me this time and my daughter walked out so excited for her cats to use their new Condo she bought. They even did price checks for us with a smile, great group of people and excellent service, Thanks so much Petsmart of Clearwater, Florida ...

The Saturday I came in was a cat adoption day. There were 2 of the sweetest cats, a mom and her son. They're bonded and need to be adopted together. I love how PetSmart allows these animal rescue groups to bring in their adoptable pets.

A great place to get my cats food. If he doesn't like it I can return it for a full refund. I normally will donate to the kitties there waiting for adoption. Great sales and almost every food I need. Could use a few more employees on the floor. My Simon came from there when Safety Harbor Strays was having an adoption event on Saturdays. He picked me & that makes it even better.

We've always had a good experience.
Friendly n helpful staff., today was a shipment of aquarium fish, decided not to get any to let the fish settle down.
The store has lots of pet items, too many to list. Great place to shop.,

This bird was (350) wish I had enough to get him because he was very sociable and literally walked towards me upside down and mimicked everything I did. I fell in love with this Conyer. I just hope someone would give him a loving home to live in. 😊

I am always greeted by employees when I enter this store. This store is easy to shop. The sale signs are easy to understand. It's good energy in this store

My dog never been to a veterinarian was the first time taking her the people there were excellent at the clinic. Mostly Janie she was really helpful for a lot of things.

The staff was very helpful in deciding chewy treats and dental care for my Chihuahua. The only downside to PetSmart is that SOME products are sold at Walmart for a considerably lower price, but, in terms of higher end products PetSmart has it all whereas other places usually don’t.

Kim H. In grooming is fantastic! 😊 My dog loves her and comes out happy and looking wonderful. She always dreaded the groomers and being groomed at the Ulmerton (Largo Mall) PetSmart. There, I would have to literally carry my dog in because she would use her full weight to try and pull me as far away from the grooming shop as possible. So, even though the Ulmerton location is much closer to our house, we pass by it every month on our way to go see Kim at the S. Clearwater location on Gulf to Bay! My dog is relieved and now happily walks into the grooming area. I feel badly that I didn’t change groomers sooner - the groomers at Ulmerton weren’t pleasant to me, either. Thank you Kim and team for making the grooming experience so much better for me and my pup! It is much appreciated.

Stacey has some great customer service. As do most people there. 10/10
