Jackson is one hell of a guy, helped us immediately after pulling in and helped us recognize the problem quickly. Love this place!!!

Never had a problem. Always had very good customer service. Overall, it is one of the better auto parts shops that I have dealt with.

I have visited the O'Reilly's in Lincoln a few times, and an employee named Zach was nice, helpful, and very knowledgeable with everything I asked about and needed.

The engine light came on! At O'Reilly, they will run a check at no cost! Amazing! Turned out to be a loose gas cap! Thanks to the friendly free service, it saved me from an expensive mechanic visit just to find my gas cap was the problem! Also they have a tremendous selection of auto products. Prior to this visit, I bought windshield wiper blades and they out them on, again no charge! I highly recommend O'Reilly auto parts!

The guy I dealt with was very nice from the tike I walked in the door... he greeted me nicely & was pleasant to deal.with throughout my tansaction..... I have been in here before & had some grumpy helpers.... but thankfully that was not the case today.... the lady on the phone when I called was very helpful as well & very nice on phone & in store too!! Thanks for helping me when I needed it

The staff was very professional and helpful

Went in to buy a tail ight for my P/T Cruiser convertible they were helpful I was disappointed they didn't have a tool cart but they did give me some new tools to fix my tail light. Thank you for that

Will inside the Oxford branch is always so helpful and goes above and beyond to help me and everyone else I see in the store and if there issues he will make sure to do the right thing reminded me of some one that owned a mom and pops parts stores the we he sales customers service representation hands down should be store Mgr or assistant.

I have to this real close to me when in Alexandria Alabama and Lincoln Alabama I prefer the guys in Lincoln Alabama helping me with any of my auto parts they seem to really know their stuff I appreciate each and every one of them

You can shop another parts place however ORiely Auto is one of the best parts place in town...pay a little more for quality parts
