AT&T Store

Fabian Is an excellent representative, who represents AT&T in the best way possible. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable in the devices themselves, but very sufficient in the use of AT&T systems as well. He is quick and concise, and was able to pinpoint my problem and get it fixed and resolved within minutes of me coming in . Going to any other AT&T location is a mistake!

Ethan was awesome. He made what seamed like a difficult process easy! Definitely recommend the Crescent & US 301 AT&T location.

This store is amazing!! The entire team is amazing. Ethan was the one that helped my family and I transfer our lines. Ethan was extremely patient and made the transfer effortless! Needed to upgrade wife’s phone. Ethan was excellent. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and took care of us quickly. He connected with us on a personal level and even offered follow up help once we receive our new phone. Highly recommend you go there if you need anything. Make sure you ask for Ethan.

Ethan was extremely helpful.. I was able to receive the First Net service for first responders for 45 dollars a month. He has me saving over 100 dollars for the family plan and I receive a free Apple Watch!!!!

Had Verizon for 6 years and I’ll never go back. This store and the ladies working inside were a big help to me and my girlfriend and made our first phone plan together a stress free experience that did not break that bank. One of the best experiences I ever had with AT&T. I was held by Jelaine. She was very knowledgeable of the products and gave informed opinions of the new phones, service plans and accessories. She also provided quick and precise service and turned a potentially stressful experience a breeze. I feel like I wouldn't have been able to make a comfortable decision on my new phone and service options without her help. I would definitely recommend going to this AT&T locations in the area. 5 Stars in my book

If I could give this store 1000 stars I would! I've been in and out of the store due to phone upgrades and issues. I made the mistake of going to another AT&T store and what a mistake. (Please never go to the AT&T store on Big Bend.) All of the staff members here have been more than helpful and actually provides solution. I really appreciate all the employees here, you guys are awesome!

Your service representative Jelane was amazing! She was very informative, and solved an issue with the mobile website that we'd been having for at least 8 months. The transaction was seamless, and her service was top notch!!! We will definitely be back to this location for all of our needs.

Firstly I would like to say, the corporate store customer service in Brandon on causeway blvd is TERRIBLE. I am so grateful they put a store here in Riverview. I’ve been dealing with an AT&T issues and speaking to multiple reps to resolve my issue for a few days. Ethan at the Riverview location, by far has been the most helpful. Not only was he helpful, he was patient and very kind. This location just proves that there are kind people in the world who genuinely just want to help.

Jelaine was great and provided the best customer service I’ve ever received from AT&T! She made the process of me buying a new phone smooth, easy, quick, and seamless.
