During a previous visit an employee sold me the incorrect windshield wiper and installed it. It's didn't stay on so I stopped in earlier this week to get a new one and Eddie saved the day. He found the proper wiper, installed it and didn't charge me. Great customer service. I will definitely use this Auto Zone again.

I recently got pulled over by a cop for a headlight out. Bought the bulb at one autozone but they wouldn’t change it. So called around and this location said they would as long as I was there before 9pm. I got there at 8:30, and Jack (I think that’s his name) was super helpful and said no problem. So my low beam passenger light ended up being in a difficult spot, but the guy didn’t give up. We found out after it all that I had high beam bulb in my low beam. So the technicians ended up switching out to the correct ones and then also replaced my high beam light that was actually out. The whole process didn’t get finished until about 9:15pm. The service these guys provided was above and beyond! I would recommend coming here for all your car needs. These guys didn’t want to send me on my way until everything was 100% correct. Truly appreciate the service!

Top-tier helpful and honest service. Jamie quickly and capably helped me diagnose why my check engine light was on, gave good explanations about what the problem was and how to fix it (disconnected sensor), and did not try to sell me Extra Stuff I Didn't Need for the fix. Ended up getting everything working again at no cost; I will definitely be coming here again for help and for parts.

I experienced phenomenal customer service at this location today. I came in to have my battery tested, as it seemed to be losing power recently. The manager, Isabella, was fantastic, going above and beyond the call of duty. She noted that the item was still under warranty and offered a great exchange price for the best battery they carry. Then, she offered to remove the old battery & install the new one, which is not an easy task in my Infiniti. I could not be happier with this location, which I will continue to support.

I came to get my battery tested and get a diagnostic on it as well cuz I was having issues and wanted to know if there was any more issues I need to fix. After the test Al the store manager was very helpful in listening and answering my questions about the issues with my battery. Even took the time to help fix the cables to my battery which in turn changed the testing for my battery to pass on everything! Much appreciated!

I didn’t have a manual for my car and was concerned about my brake and transmission fluid levels. Gavin was extremely helpful. He first recommended what fluids I needed, then checked my fluid levels, to make sure both were full. He was polite and helpful, and went above and beyond. I’ve had great customer service in the past here, but did not get the name of the sales person. I want to thank Gavin for taking the time to help me and for putting my mind at ease. Auto Zone is a great store to buy car- related products.

This was my first time there and the staff greeted me right away and they were eager to help me find what I needed. I came in for a small antenna replacement and a couple bottles of tire shine. Unfortunately there was no sales for my particular items, but that's okay. The place was clean and they wore their masks. If you never been to this place even though there's at least one on every corner, haha 😄 I recommend that you should stop by and check out this store!

We had an exceptional experience here. The customer service agent who helped us went above and beyond in assisting us in first finding the correct light bulbs for my car and then helped with guidance on how to change them out. He came out to the car multiple times to look at exactly what was going on and answered questions. He was a middle aged gentleman, I believe his name was Chip.
