Came in to simply get a gas cap that was causing my vehicle to fail emissions. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and even complimented on the pickup I was driving. I was then immediately helped and was able to get my emissions passed before they closed

My favorite auto parts store in Loveland (and I've used them all). Why? Friendly, helpful people. They're good about returns. They have a better selection of parts than the south Loveland location. Their reward program actually gets you an occasional reward. On one visit in particular, when I needed a radiator hose for a custom application, my experience as a customer was above and beyond expectations. When I need something and I need it now, this is where I go.

This is usually my auto shop of choice. The employees are always very kind and helpful.

I'd like to put Graham in the spot light because he was an absolute delight today. First off when called to the front to help he was immediately on top of it. Then he helped me test my battery, start, and alternator and when nothing wrong came up he gave me some advice on what could possibly be causing my car to keep dieing. He was extremely helpful and so kind!

About a month ago I went in to see if I needed a part for under my car. A piece of plastic from the undercarriage had partially fallen off and was hitting the road while I was driving. The employee who helped me, Doyle, was extremely helpful. He grabbed a piece of cardboard from the recycling, went under my car and was able to figure out what the piece was. I was impressed by his service and how he went above and beyond to help me. For sure I would recommend this location!
