I absolutely love the assistance provided by the cashiers! They are very knowledgeable, know the Target app, how and where to get discounts, any money or gift cards available. Makes it an easier shopping experience and give you that warm tingle of knowing it’s not just about a sale. Customer service is paramount!

Same as always. The checkout area is like walmart. Which is sad, because they only have 4 self checkout areas. Throw in the ignorant or arrogant people that go super slow in line. The last time I was in there a couple had a cart full. They were scanning each bar code with their phone first. Do that junk when you grab it off the self. This taget needs to make self checkout 10 items or less.

The target in Owings Mills is emaculant at the least always very clean. I love the drive up, so it is convenient. Don't take any time to get your products, but that Akhtar check out be wooohooooo, but all in all, I like this one.

Very small off the radar, Target, in my eyes. I used the "shop in store" function on-line, if I couldn't find anyone to ask where something was. Some staff are more friendly than others, but where is that not an issue outside of Chick-fil-A?

The target in Owings Mill provides great customer service in a timely manner and emails are updated continuously I recommend that you use the pick up service at target

Thanks to the team member Roy. The gentleman did a fantastic job helping me search through the unstacked inventory for my baby’s off the counter medication. Good way to go, man deserves tips and promotion.

I enjoyed the variety of the different departments. There were more options compared to other Target locations I've visited in the past. The store was clean and the staff was helpful.

I recently went to my local target to recycle my daughter’s Cat & Jack clothes and received a full refund for my items. This offer is great for moms and allowed me to go grab more clothes from this brand! I love it!

After asking three employees for help with no success. Employee name Keana who is a young adult gave me that good old customer service employees use to give back in my generation. Keana was so helpful, patient and understanding. I never ever thought I would see excellent customer service like that again these days. Thank You!

Fast and convenient service when you drive up to any Target. It was extremely busy during Christmas, but the drive up experience was phenomenal. I don't know if I will ever go inside of Target again. ☺😅You tap the button and they are walking out the door in 45 seconds.

Place was clean and very kind customer Service Reps. Everyone and everything was very pleasant. My purchase was very satisfying I got exactly what I need in a timely manner and an amazing price.

Great staff. Reminiscent of the southern hospitality of 50 years ago. Employees in the store and the CVS pharmacy go out of their way to make sure you have a pleasant and satisfied shopping experience. Customer service and check out services just wonderful. As a "elderly" lady, I was real happy after spending the money I didn't plan to spend. Give these employees a raise.

Love the selection, the prices, the staff, Starbucks and the Slurpee machine. The Goodfellow brand is great. Just need to have some brighter colors for men/young men to choose from.

Even though the people that work there are very friendly stores pretty much working eyes and some of the people that go there are very nice it's a good environment to go place for shopping they don't have a big food place but you can still get the general information and items that you need

I went to the pharmacy on this visit. My normal pharmacist is no longer here, as well as the rest of the staff. The pharmacy is no where near as clean and organized as it normally is. I immediately switched all my prescriptions to another pharmacy. Most of my scripts are done by mail anyway.

I found all the cleaning supplies I needed here (pet stain remover, pet-safe RAID). Could not find Listerine strips. I have gone to this Target hundreds of times in my history of living around here. It's a decent one.
