McDonald's

This store is the absolute best always a pleasure going in there fantastic service and fast. And Tanisha is wonderful and awesome. She is very fast and efficient and always greets me with a smile! All the workers are a pleasure to deal with.

This McDonald’s doesn’t miss! I actually go out of my way and pass over nearby McDonald’s to go to this one because they are so consistent—especially with the fries. The fries are never greasy, undercooked, or over-salted. Please keep it up y’all.

Self order kiosks made ordering and paying easy. Got our food fast and hot. Noticed their policy of not letting students - at certain times- belonging to a high school next door at this location.

It’s been yrs since I’ve been to McD! New franchise management wasn’t doing it for me. Especially with the fries. I always luv their salads and their (hot) fries. Yes hot fries are the best and they are back! I’ve only gone to this McD but I hope all are serving their best hot fries of old.

Btw service was lacking had me waiting too long !! I’ll be back tho😂😂😂

I’m literally about to go back I received the best service from a McDonald’s in my life from a Tanisha and a Crystal but I believe my receipt blew out the window. Not only were they patient (I had an issue with my card) but they made sure my food was hot. I am so grateful!!!$

The service was good. My grandchildren were very pleased with their happy meals.

The line was very long, but they moved fast, and the order was accurate. The food was hot and taste good.

It was my first time getting a Frappuccino. That was made with love you hear me.

The female manager is very nice and helpful. I had my order messed up last week while I was at work didn’t have time to go back. Went back a few days later with my receipt explained what had happened. The female manager went above and beyond to make it right.

I nanny an 8 year old severely autistic boy who can barley talk. I told him that if would do his cards (I show him a picture and he says what/who it is) for 3 days in a row I would get him some hashbrowns. I went to a different location and ordered the food. I realized that the other McDonald's gave me the wrong order. I went to this McDonald's and asked if they could fix it. They said they couldn't (understandable). By then it was lunch time and they were done selling hashbrowns. But a black male worker with (impressively) poofy hair told me to come to the 2nd window. When I got up there he gave me a hashbrown. He said they had one leftover that they were about to throw away and he took it so I could have it. It probably didn't mean much to the worker but it meant a lot to me and the boy I nanny. He saved me from the meltdown that would have happened.

I ordered a Grimace meal at 2 in the morning. Never, ever, did I expect a positive reception for post-midnight orders- what I did expect was their machine to be broken. And, it was. But the woman at the window- of whom I forgot to catch her name- offered me a Frappe, "her specialty". And so even after other offers I took the Frappe.

I would take this Frappe over any other drink there now, any day. Absolutely phenomenal spirit in her and the work she puts in. I am now compelled to order past midnight instead of like a normal person, during the day.

I use the app for fries only. Some days in the app fries are free and other days $1.19! Use the app!

I’m not gonna lie the customer service has been a lot better for a few months now and I like that , great team the girls are nice and Polite you have your few who may be a little sassy but other than that great turnaround

It takes 20 minutes for them to take your money at the cash register then it takes them another 40 minutes to get your food you gu p

The food was good no complaints....but the prices are a whole different story. Value menu prices are ridiculous

We had coupons for a deal that they have going on. The cashier was new and was not willing to use the coupons;however, the manager with the “doorag” working on Sunday June 9th at around 8pm was very helpful and very nice and professional. He was able to use our coupons and made me in a good mood to buy extra food! Keep up the food work! Thank you manager you really made our day!!! :)

This McDonald's is one of the few I've been to and my Meal came out hot and fast. My experience was great. The staff was happy and helpful. I will be back! You might see me there!

The food at the Owings Mills restaurant is usually fresh!! The wait is long but they have alot of customers!!

Somehow their system lost track of my prepaid mobile pickup order and I had to reorder it and still have yet to be refunded for the next day.

I swore I would never come to this McDonalds again 4-5 years ago, but whatever changed was for the better. This store is now run very efficiently and I’ve been happy with my food here over the last year or so.
