Charlotte is amazing! I am so happy with how she cut my very shaggy and long Pomeranians hair—he looks like a little bear. Scheduling was a breeze, she was very professional, and Teddy looks amazing. Highly recommend!!!

Shaina Is hands down the best groomer. She is so kind and always very sweet. I've taken my dog to her for years. She always gives a great haircut and keeps my bby girl looking so nice💗 I really appreciate her skill and professionalism. I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else!

I truly enjoyed my visit with Dr. McKeithen and Luke. Both were very professional and supportive. Luke will make your time worthwhile...funny as heck. Dr. McKeithen is phenomenal.

Staff are very knowledgeable and you can tell they truly care for the animals they carry! I came in for a hamster and they were very kind and patient with me as I made my final decisions. I love that they asked me proper care questions and ensured that I had a suitable set up. You can tell they take the time to appreciate all their animals and they even told me what my hamster’s favorite treats were!

Fran what's terrific at her job. She told me and my Aunt to keep our receipts and she also told us about a book that was worth every penny. We just got a puppy and she took her time with us and explained everything. I couldn't have asked for better service. She is an All-Star especially for a cashier. She should be a manager.

This is my 3rd Petsmart experience with my brand new pup and my 2nd with this location. I was hesitant on brining him back after a botched trim at the Roseville location. However I must say THE TROY LOCATION is so patient, friendly and accommodating. My puppy can be hyper and a little nippy at times and they were very patient and gentle with him. Ali handled his very first wash and trim and she did an AMAZING JOB. Shania serviced him today and I’m must say the service just gets better and better. We will definitely be back.

Jamie D was great with my sweet 4 year old boxer mix girl. My girl took to Jamie right away without the treats!

loved this place--first time bring our lab to a doggy hotel--was a bit concerned--mark made us feel comfortable about it--luna was there 6 nights & seemed happy & well cared for when we picked her up--they are very concerned about shots & flea treatments so we know luna would not catch anything here--they have 24 hour care so it's not just during store hours--we will bring her here again.....

another good stay--they are so good here--memorial day weekend there was supposed to be 50 dogs here--cost is $55 a night--first night free for first timers--they make sure all the doggies are up to date on their shots--they take cats also, but I feel that they would just be put in a cage--happy to have found them.....

love this place--took our lab luna here for the 3rd stay--she loved it--the people here are so sweet--we met jane for the first time--she is wonderful--10-30-23

Mark at the Pets Hotel is the BEST! I would not trust my fur kids Divo and Pluto with anyone else!! I feel so comfortable leaving them with the pets hotel knowing that he is there. He is always so great to them and we appreciate him so much!!! We went to Hawaii and where gone for over a week without worry! Thank you!!!

Staff is friendly. And I love the TigerLily adoption center. That’s where I got my kitty

I have only come to this petsmart for adoption events and using the hotel for my foster dog. The employees are great. They’re friendly with all the pets and were easy to talk to. They took good care of my foster and have been great to work with for events.

We pick most of our supplies....enjoy it

Took my puppy to training their. Nikki the trainer is/was excellent. Staff are friendly and will remember your pets by name.

Charlotte grooms our two shih poos and she is the BEST!!! They always look perfect when we pick them up from their “beauty shop” appointment! I have recommended Charlotte to two friends who are equally pleased. Couldn’t be happier!!

I love my PetsMart in Troy Michigan! The people that work there are lovely! The pet daycare exceeds my expectations. Our dog loves to go to daycare! He has dog friends and he also loves the staff. It’s a win win!

Absolutely great staff! Brought my dog for grooming. It was the best we've seen him have. Not bad-mouthing the location he usually goes to BUT these groomers are fantastic!
