Big Boy

From start to finish, our family had a wonderful experience. We were greated at the door with friendly staff, seated where it wasn't crowded (I have 4 small kids). Food came out amazing, we had 2 orders of French toast. Our server Monica put the Carmel sauce on the side for me so I can use as much as I wanted. Order of waffles, and Mickey mouse hot cakes. Everything was delicious. Our food was perfect, all the food came hot and altogether. The general manager Tyler was very accommodating, he checked up on our table a couple of times to check how the food and service was, or if we needed anything. Monica, our server, made sure my kids were happy and enjoying themselves. She came over with wonderful conversations, crayons and activity sheets, and enticed my kids to be good and eat their food for a special treat, which were cookies. My 2 year old son just loved her! They made the dine in such a wonderful experience. We still had plenty of food left and took it home. Monica even hooked us up with an extra bowl of cool whip, which the kids loved with the waffle. Best family dining experience I've ever had!

Big Boy has improved SO much since the Covid slump! The slim Jim's are back on point, the burgers looked great, and the onion rings are, once again, to die for. I still miss old faves like eggs Benedict and fish without breading (hint hints to Corporate) but they've really come back to a fun, timely, and friendly experience.

I was very surprised that big boys served pizza at this location. I did enjoy the pizza it was very good big crust and big slices of pizza. The presentation of the pizza and bread sticks were good. Store was clean and staff was very friendly. Which is why I still gave a 5 star rating. Because pizza good and bread sticks good and staff friendly. I would recommend to try pizza. I will be returning again in the future.

Breakfast was so dang good!! Everything tasted delicious and you aren't limited to your choices 😋 !!

Went back and got dinner a few months later!! I had the Chicken Ceasar salad!! The presentation and taste was INCREDIBLE!! Our waitress with Chenitha! She was super kind and thoughtful!

Started as a dine in visit but had to leave abruptly. Our waitress was great and the food was delicious, even if we had to box up right away. The restaurant was getting busy as we left (lunch rush).

Our waitress Monica was great! She made our visit fun and easy. We were a large group, and she really hustled . Food was fresh and tasty!

Quick stop for lunch and I can honestly say that BIG BOY never disappoints-EVER!! Doesn't matter how much time has passed since my last visit; it's always delicious.

My church friend and I went to Big Boy after my appointment at the Ann Arbor VA hospital.
I had a Big Boy double Decker burger and a salad. The salad was delicious and the burger was delicious too.
I'm never let down when I eat at Big Boy but I am disappointed that they no longer have eggs Benedict.

Love this place.We love bringing our staff here to get a hearty lunch. The place is very clean and the staff is amazing.

Haven't been in a Big boy in years but ended up here for a meeting. I was pleasantly surprised. There was about 10 tables so not very busy, the service was great, food was great, water tasted funny but it happens at a lot of places. I was satisfied with the visit and would come again when in the area.

Fish and chips was great but our server Monica was the real star! She helped our cranky child have an amazing experience

Manager Tyler seem very knowledgeable and he complemented us a dinner for a mistake very nice atmosphere definitely will be going back

We went there for the seafood buffet. Called ahead to see what time it started. We were told 5:00pm & we got there at 4:45. They were at about 25% of their capacity at MOST. Well the seafood bar looked pretty bad. Alot of almost empty pans. The ones that did have food looked pretty dry. I talked to the manager and he got right on it by having more & fresh stuff put out. I thought that would be the end of it and we'd leave happy. We had a VERY odd encounter with another employee though. She saw our plates at the end of our table waiting to be bused. Some with food still on them, some not. She went on to tell me her displeasure of wasted food & people starving and that's not how she does things. After my initial shock I told her WHY the plates still had food, that it was from the dried out stuff prior to the manager putting out fresh stuff. The manager wasn't to far away and got wind of what had ODDLY just transpired. After he was made aware of the full conversation he replied, "yea she's a little off". Well off or not, that's not appropriate for staff to lecture customers on their beliefs. Maybe if they don't work so well with customers put them in the kitchen rather than the front of the house. The manager did what he could do though. We would go back there and just hope there's no issues because we've always liked Big Boys. In fact I worked at one prior to college many years ago.

Last minute carry out, they closed in 20 minutes, wasn’t able to order on line & knew they closed at 8:00. Friendly, ready to take order & the food was AMAZING!! Thank you for the great service & the perfectly made food!

Unfortunately they were short staffed. One waitress who did a fantastic job. Seating guests, taking orders, making drinks and shakes.

Been going to this Big Boy for years with family. The staff is friendly and food is good.

David was a fantastic server and catered to my family with every request we needed. Very attentive. Loved his and my friend Angela's banter as she's been coming to the location for years!

Had the seafood buffet. Nice assortment, nice presentation, and fresh.
