Tieara at Panera is amazing! Every time I go there, she greets me with a big smile and packs my order with such accuracy. She's friendly, efficient, and always makes sure I leave satisfied. I can't say enough good things about her! Panera is lucky to have her on their team.

Today was an unusually stressful day and the young woman at the drive through completely turned my attitude around with her kindness. The food was excellent but I am exceptionally grateful for the positive vibes and wonderful service.

Ordered bread bowl broccoli cheddar soup it was amazing highly recommend! Food came out in 5 minutes. Great employees cozy vibes inside!! Very clean restaurant. They also have a drive thru.

Drive thru service is always slow. I usually place online orders using the app and pick it up at the store.

Got the You Pick 2 with Tomato Soup and the Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwich, both faves of mine. They came very quickly and were great!

Always enjoy the beverage options and it's a nice quiet place to relax.

Panera is the healthier fast food choice. I love salads and eat gluten-free (mostly) so the choices here are both many & delicious. So glad they offer chips or apple instead of the baguette. Having a drive thru is the best when in a hurry, but I love the inside atmosphere.

Updating my previous review. I called them the next day regarding messing up my order the previous night. They agreed to redo the order for no charge. This time it was perfect. Staff is always friendly and polite.

Previous Review: Messed up my order. How can anyone not give chicken in a Chicken Frontega sandwich? In two sandwiches!! Are customers supposed to open up the sandwich and check to ensure that?

Management wants to make your order right. Part of a dozen bagels that I order was 4 Sesame bagels. They were out and I had gotten something else. Only wanted the sesame bagels. Called and was told that my whole order will be redone the next day. I went in the next day, and they gave me another dozen bagels. Told them that I only wanted the 4 sesame bagels but was told to pick 12. And on top of that they gave me a tub of cream cheese. Great customer service.

Took my parents here after a meeting. Was our first time and tried using the ordering kiosks - noticed that one wasn't working and went over to one that was. Ordering experience was pretty good with the self-service system but unfortunately the credit card reader wasn't working. Initially was frustrated but the staff (and maybe manager?) came quickly and assisted going above and beyond. We were also impressed with the food and environment. Will definitely come again and visit more paneras in the future!

Best service ever!!! Never had to ask for a refill. Some of the best mexican food. I would def travel the hour to get here often just for this restaurant.

We place many catering orders with this location, and their service is phenomenal. The caterer, IL, is awesome. He makes sure the order is accurate and labeled correctly to make for easy serving. They deliver to us whenever we need it. Not to mention the food itself is always cooked and prepared so well. Highly recommend Panera, especially this location, for your catering needs!

Did curbside pickup after placing a mobile app order. Really pleased with the quality of the order, and they were really quick to fulfill our order. Great quality and everything tasted great. Ingredients were all very fresh and flavorful. This will be a go-to spot for us.

I could eat here every day of the week if my pocketbook allowed it. My favorite go-to meal is the 10 Vegetable Soup and Greek Salad. So much flavor packed into these two dishes. Healthy, delicious, and the perfect comfort foods. Oh! Don't pass up the pumpkin muffins either!

Nice, newer building off I-75 in Troy, MI with excellent interior designed dining area and outside patio. Very clean. Great location, service and reasonable prices. Staff are very pleasant.
